wat was wrong with Rakhi's Arms

why did she just tan her arm and not the remainder of her body...it looks so bad...or someone please explain if it is not tan and it is something else.

if it is tan than she needs to get a new make up man...

i dont think it was tan loll i think she put a lot of bronzing cream on to make herself look shiny and glittering!

I think she purposely gave a dusky look, which is in nowadays!!
