Kajol: Mean and petty on Koffee with Kara - Page 2

Being diplomatic or reserved is not being fake...I don't think Rani was being fake. In fact I think she was slightly intimidated by Kajol (I love her as well, but the woman is nothing if not brash), and Kajol didn't really do anything to ease the tension, even though she kept claiming that there was none...that said, I agree with the person who said that Rani had a similar facial expression at a recent awards ceremony (was it Star Screen?) - I noticed that too. It seems like she is really heartbroken over something 😭 😭 Being an ardent Rani-Abhi fan, I'd assume it was because of the Ash-Abhi thing, but if (IF), the Aditya Chopra thing is true, it could be because of that. Or maybe she's just sick of the media hounding her recently...she was reserved in the last show with Kareena, but she had a sparkle in her eyes and a genuine smile on her lips that I felt was missing yesterday 😭

wait a minute.... who wrote this article..... i mean who cares.... which family doesnt have problems... just because they are celebrities, media tries to put them in news all the time..... we have problems with my cousins for some vague reasons, other people have it..... but that doesnt mean we dont care for each other....... come on guys, it is a typical indian family situation......

Kajol is a great I just love her. She basically is a very hyper person and shoots her mouth off, but that's her personality and I just love it, its better to be that way than a sati savitri like Rani. I love Rani too but I think she was very uncomfortable during this show and hey guys Karan and Shah Rukh are great friends of Kajol, they always meet. That is why the comfort level was so great between shah rukh and kajol and karan. But I love Rani too, but again that is her personality and she just let Kajol take over and that's okay.

I watched the episode yesterday and a few of the things that came to mind was:

1. Rani Mukherjee does not want to be here...
2. Karan Johar is getting ready to do the casting for his next film and both Kajol and Rani are competing for that role.
3. Poor Rani has to do a major balancing act to keep all factions in the industry happy.
4. Kajol was petty and even immature for most part.
5. Kajol tried very hard to project how she was greater friends with both Shah Rukh and even Karan.
6. Rani was being very very politically correct, and probably it was tough for her to that....especially when it came to anti-Aamir Khan comments from Shah Rukh and Kajol.
7. Kajol, for all her claims of being brutally honest, didn't have the guts to say on screen how much she hates her cousin. She chose to be politically correct there.

(chacha-taya's daughters)

If u look closely Kajol acted VERY VERY OVERFIRNDLY WHICH LOOKED ARTIFICIAL, coz when rani said something nice and sacrificing, coz thats they way she is, Kajol tried to act way more further as if she doesnt mind what Rani says.........u make dat out easily...

Conlcusion: there is some rift between them for sure...

But still I like Kajol and Rani equally both. They are both superb! 👏

I just luv rani alot more than kajol although i never hated her. i also watched the episode of kwk and think that kajol shoul've given a chance to rani to talk she was yapping n yapping man. i think dat kajol's family is jealoused since rani's doing sooooooooo much better than kajol's sis tanisha or whatever her name is.

I totally agree.. I like both actresses and when u come on these talk shows, u are expected to participate whole-heartedly in them. If u don't want to participate or feel uncomfortable sharing space with a particular someone, then simply don't be a part of that show. I am sure Rani must have known that Kajol and SRK were going to be her co-guests that evening and she must have known that Kajol-SRK friendship goes way beyond time.. So on the same note, she must have been okay with it to come on the show. Yes, yes, I hear that nobody can dare say "no" to Karan Johar but whatever the reason be, bottom line is that Rani chose to be there..

Perhaps it's not her personality to be chatty (which i don't think is the case since she was extremely talkative on the last season when she came with Kareena Kapoor.. Even called Preity having a big mouth n all..) but that was all fine with me since she is a person and is entitled to her own opinions. Just like the author of this article is entitled to her own opinion.. But like I said, media likes to brew controversies for the sake of selling their product.. Srk said it the best that if he wakes up one day and does not find an article gossiping about his existence, he would feel unimportant... So whoever has made it big in this show biz are often subjected to such cruel and harsh comments.

Anyhow, what I want to say here is that I don't care what this article say or does not say.. For me, I thoroughly enjoyed the show last night.. I would have liked Rani (who I do admire a lot) to have spoken a bit more and be open about her answers but at the end of the day, she chose whatever she thought best for her.. As for Kajol, Karan and SRK, they made the show "rawking"!! So hats off to them for keeping us entertained.
