Ok Shilpa is totally not fit for the role of Kkusum, only because she does not look like the mother of Kumud. Shilpa and Kumud look like sisters...I mean they could pass off as sisters. Shilpa looks even younger than Nausheen. I mean ok fine she's got plastic surgery done so that's what the doctor made her like. But it still should have been someone with a more mature face. Shilpa's got such an innocent and young face.

she pretty and all and has a innocent face but now we have to get use to her and nausheen even looked like kumuds sister
