How can Vidhi be Abhay daughter

Can some one tell me how can Vidhi be Abhays daughter. If Trisual likes Vidhi and Trisual is abhay son thats just plain gross 🤢.

But if Trisual is not Abhay son then who is.

Can some one tell me that who are Abhay's other two kids.

Like Kumud is Abhay and Kkusum child & Kali is Abhay and Mahi. who are the other two kids
