abhay's mistake.. read

i dont understand why abhay doesnt want to talk the truth he hide something. all people blame him. he said he is innocent why? how? how can they believe him ?? he should tell the truth instead of leave and go out.

and one more question that make me confusing??

why abhay first said that he kill mahi?? and then now he said he is innocent. then. i dont understand. it drag my brain.
