How I wish this happens

Hey Guys...I was just thinking that how nice would it have been if Kkavya was a heart patient and he wanted Anjali to be happy with Yug after he died and that is why is being such a moron towards Anjali...

And on the other hand Yug got involved in a terrible accident that was meant for Kkavya and was Planned by Nitya.There are very few chances of Yug's survival so he decides to donate his heart to a heart patient and Kkavya enters the picture...

Yug gives his heart to Kkavya with the promise that Kkavya will take care of Anjali and support her.Kkavya gets the transplant done and He starts feeling for Anjali again and treats pammi as his sister(This is my favourite part)
