How can I edit My Username?

HI All!

First of all I would to thank all of U for giving Me such a Wonderful Forum.Its just like a Family for ME & I hope Uzi will recover soon.Hey I asked U guys who can I edit My Username.Everyone said [vijay or sree] I don't understand.whats its mean?who are they & how can I contact them & tell Them to Edit My Username from My Soul_Anita_U to My Soul_Eijaz_U

And offcourse how can I attach files?

plz tell me.& also the way to contact them.Thank U so much in advance
