For me today's episode ONLY the Phere dialogues were noteworthy. So for that I commend Rekha Modi. I really couldnt see or feel anything else in the episode. Not anyone's acting, nor any character's traits nor any Serene and Beautiful feel. If this is what AA were how they are supposed to get married, Iam all for they never getting married I read all the posts and if what u claiming "emotional bond and not true marriage" me fine with it. Also I dont know how u ppl could really concentrate on the video , Direction was so pathetttic, hands, legs,closeups, long shots, how diffcult is it to put the lens at one constant place and show them taking pheres?? There is no need for HI-FI types of effects and that really killed my bachi kuchi joy at the pheres 🤣🤣🤣 If there is a epi I would like to wipe off from my KMH memory . it will be today's episode.

Yaar mere dost ko GUTS nahin hai, HP ko manane ki nahin sooji , ladki se shaadi karne ki padi hai. So why not just go and basao ghar pariwaar....me will atleast try to forget this is a nightmare and My dost really got married like a hero infront of everyone with everyones raza mandi.

@anjana... pre-watch & cultural conflict ... there is something very interesting about the desi diaspora that brings together these cultures, shakes it all up, and leaves you with something interesting and new. and yet its an old story too, isn't it? dating as far back as the Gandharva vivaah [thanks Aditi..thats the best description i've ever read]. heck, even my parents did exactly that (elope, not GV). [although i am not showing signs of being nearly as interesting as my them...LOL]

Ywt, I feel there is something beyond just culture here. Parents always have your best interests at heart. Always. But does it stand that they are flawless, perfect, or unerring? They are human too, na? And they live in their own context. Isn't it true that after a certain time, parents start needing care and children start supporting their parents instead? No, I do not mean physically. I mean psychologically. Emotionally. Practically. Today, I have as much a say in their decisions as they have in mine. I have a life my parents couldn't have imagined growing up. (and vice versa). They live vicariously through me, support me, and never fail to tell me how i 'should' be doing stuff. LOL. But..

Parents are people. They are right many times. And they are wrong just as many times. Since time immemorial it has been the decision of the child when they follow the advice, and when they (respectfully) don't. This is, afterall, also part of growing up. Particularly as a desi-child. A big part.

Just a few thoughts. Arohi is a big girl. Maybe she needs to grow up. Forget Arjun...how about SHE convince her father??
