I've always been a great fan of tart and acidic things......Katthi-Mitthi!!!
I also love the French word for this special combination of tastes, "acidule" which perfectly conveys the idea of something colorful and tingly and TART!!

Tres Bon......hmmmmmm today's dessert is as soft and tart and sweet as I had hoped...tickling and fizzing and making your tongue pucker and curl with delight.....ohlalala
Much to my delight Like the Tangy-tingly-perky Thappad that Originated from Arohi's Haath today and Landed full-force & square on Arjun's gaal!!!Loved the simplicity of that scene.........Thaaaak!!!
When I cooked, the compote took on the most lovely shocking pink color, the same color as Arjun's Thappad-Khaya-Gaal Which was Laal!!! TeeHee!
A cup of this, with a digestive Biscuit ( Singing Hum Ko Maan Ki Shakti de na, BT crap digest Kar sakein!!!) to dip in, and I couldn't possibly think of anything else I'd rather eat.
Well okay, if I think a little harder I can, but you get the point........Bon appetit!!
