I honestly feel he did it becuase he has some mischief planned up.. in this whole proces... Arohi will fall for him.. but wont confess it to him ! Its an ekta thing... Arjun will be taking to somebody at how he messed with Arohi... and she will overhear n break down ! Arjun will later relasie what Arohi means for him... n he then he will go through all that mess of leaving his dad, business etc ! and they will come to present time when he will get out of jail i think... they wont show their proper love story before ! .. - so we get hwat we get now !
