Did you guys notice he might not be necessarily firing her. He might be firing the guy, he was looking straight ahead and he wasn't looking at her angrily.
I noticed in the storage room where the supposed rape took place, the camera pointed towards an overhead room camera. What if Arjun is actually smart, and after hearing Arohi's story goes to his security people to check the previous night's tapes. He knows the truth, and all the employees shows up Arrohi too and he fires the guy.
Ok maybe I am expecting Ekta's heroes to have too much brain power but this would be nice way to portray his character.
