she sat on chair looking at her phone again with pout..she was getting restless..friends can also wish first..she thoght to herself..
the clock finally struck 12.. she stood up from chair n lighted diya infront of her mother's portrait..
Arohi: apki Arohi ek aur badi ho gyi maa..she said with teary eyes as she took her blessings..
there was knock on her room door..
Arohi: that must be papa..she smiled n went to open the door only to be surprised on finding him on door with cake in his hands..
Arjun: Happy Birthday Arohi...he came inside n kept the cake on side n gave her a light hug..
Arohi was too shocked to say something..he wished her first not even frst but he was standing in front of her with cake..is this a dream..if so she dont want it to break..

Arohi cut the cake n fed first to her papa then to his mom n dadn vice versa..she was confused on wether to feed Arjun or not..but like always Arjun cleared her confusion by doing self favour..he took hold of her hand n fed himself a big piece of cake..
Arjun: Happy Bday Arohi..he said while chewing..he looked so cute at that time that Arohi felt like pulling his cheeks..she smiled n moved to others..
After wishing her once again evryone left the room feeling sleepy..
Arohi lied on her bed hugging her pillow close to herself..she was lost in her dreamy world..
Her mind was agin warning her about the cons of thinking this way...feeling this way..but today shejust wanted to be ignorant to them all..she just wanted to live the moment..wat if her dream cld not completed but she surely can cherish few parts of it..she drifted off to sleep with a sweet smile on her face..its her bday she don't want to feel low..
At evening there was a small party organized for Arohi at Ahluwalia house..she wore a red gown gifted by Sudheer in party wheras Arjun was wearing black blazer with khakhi jeans..

Arjun: come on Arohi we have been friends or quite some time now..pasand napasand kaandaza toh ho hi jata h yaar n by the way mom helped me out too..

Arohi: I loved it...she smiled broadly making him smile too..
Soon dance was announced..they all danced on so many songs..
Arohi danced with Sudheer Rudra but he dint get chance to dance with Arjun..
Dj: lets play Kismat Konnection..we will move the spotlight n onwhom it will stop will get the chance to dance with birthday girl..evryone hooted n clapped..
Arohi was nervous on whom it will stop..dancing with stranger..is not a good idea..
The spotlight roamed as it was going to stop on some random guy but suddenly Arjun got pushed by the passing waitor n he came in the spotlight..

Ron called him..he left laughing leaving an astonished Arohi behind..
Arohi: ye ladka ek din mujhe pagal bna kechodega..she said to herself..n shooked her head in order to get his wrds out of her mind..gadi toh tab nikalti jab uske aane ki umeed hoti Arjun..par yhn toh umeed ki bhi jgh nhi h...she smiled sadly to herself..

6 months of their college life passed in blink of eyes...many things haappened..after Sheen only2 more girls came close to Arjun but they also couldn't hold his interest..Arohi was slowly trying to pacify her broken heart with the medicine named Dosti..their mid terms were over which they all passed with good marks..their college was going to over in 2 months..they were soon going to be college passouts..the feeling itself saddened them butthey all had proised to be like this always..to keep this bond of friendship alive in them..
