Arjun stood by the door n admire the girl who was completely engrossed in the files lying on her table. She look really cute with those glass on. Her hairs were tide high with a clutch but some loose locks were still lying on her cheeks irritating her. She does look tense..she was biting her pen n nervously looking at the files. He walked in the room.
"don't you think at this time U should be in bed n waiting for you husband mrs.singhania?" he asked with his signature smirk.
"what to do Mr. Husband when my boss is being a typical boss n ordered me to prepare this whole presentation alone" she answered with a cute pout.
"hey don't tell me that you hate your boss,he is too hot n i have seen you checking him out every now n then" he winked
"shut up..i have every damn right to check him out as long as he is my husband" she said hugging arjun by his waist.
Arjun placed a kiss in her hairs..n arohi smiled.
"are you nervous about tomorrow?" he asked .
she didn't answered
Arjun hold her hands n make her face him..
"arohi..look at me" he asked her when she was not meeting his eyes.
"m nervous arjun,m confused n nervous..m scared what if i prove you wrong,n spoil everything." she said
"I know you more than myself aru.don't you dare to forget that you are same girl who challenged the great Arjun Singhania in his every step,you almost made his life hell" he said with a smile
She slapped on his shoulder lightly,"besharam..tab ki baat aur thi arjun,its been an year i am working under you..i know how perfect you are in handling business deals n delegates,m scared what if i ruin the reputation on your company".
"first of all its our company..n you will be perfect on your own i know it n that's why i asked jai to stay away from this matter,coz i want you to get this." he said cupping her face.
Arjun look at this imperfectly perfect person who happens to be her husband,her guide n her everything. Sometimes she wonder how wrong she was about him,about his nature..how she used to fail recognise his heart underlying his ego. But she was blessed to fall for him with his every flaw n insecurities cause he was destined to be hers.
she placed a kiss on his palm.
"above everything arjun m scared because you will not be there"a tear came down on her cheek.
"hey stop crying..don't be like those typical girls to cry over every damn thing..you are Arohi Arjun Singhania..you are the strongest women i have ever seen in my life,if you can make me fall for you then what the hell is this presentation? N i wouldn't have miss your big day unless your best friend had scheduled this god damn meeting in banglore" he said it all in one breathe.
He hate seeing her like this..he knew how much all this matters to her but somewhere between him n family he felt arohi was loosing her focus. He wanted his confident arohi back. And it was the only way.
"now lets go to bed,u need to sleep n calm down" arjun said by shutting down the laptop n files lying on their study room.
"m tired arjun" arohi faked a yawn.
Arjun smiled at her cute drama n carried her in his arms to their bedroom.. He placed her in bed n placed a kiss on her forehead n said,"good night beautiful"
she smiled in her sleep.
