Part 20-

The atmosphere of the hospital became cheerful when they got the news of Arjun's consciousness. Romit, shefali, Billu, Mac and Vic all were happily hugging each other. Rudra was also very happy and his eyes were filled with joy. When his son was close to death he realised how much he is important for him.

Arjun slowly opened his eyes and found his all close people front of him, accept Arohi. He smiled to them, but his eyes were searching for her. Where is Arohi? Is she ok? Arjun shook his head to get rid of terrible ideas, I m sure she would be fine. Rudra gave him a warm hug which was surprising for Arjun because his father was always been very busy to do so. His friends came and caged him in a breath stopping tight hug, when they released him from their loving group hug, he asked them about Arohi. They were silent and nervously looking at each other. Arjun asked again where is Arohi? Tell me she is fine, he was desperately looking at them for an answer. Shefali kept her hand on his, she is absolutely fine Arjun. He took a sigh of relief and asked : then where is she? Why she is not here with me?

Actually Arjun...Romit held her hand and signaled to not say anything right now. She nodded and said, she will come later.

Arjun smiled and said ok.

Just then Doctor entered and ordered them to go out and let him take rest. They all walked out after giving him hugs.

Shefali asked to romit : why did you stop me inside? Arjun wanted to know about Arohi.

I know shefali, but look at him, he just came out from his unconsciousness and you were going to tell him the thing which can stress his health?

Then what do you suggest? I should not tell him ever?

I m not saying this. This is their matter, so let them handle by own, you should call Arohi and tell her about Arjun, I m sure when she will come and talk with him, everything will be fine, I think Arohi is a best person to talk on this matter, they will plan together what should they do about the whole problem.

Shefali was so happy to tell her this good news, she can't stop smiling.

After few rings Arohi answered.

Shefali couldn't understand her reaction.

Shefali was shockingly starring the phone, she wasn't expecting this cold response, did she dial right number or heard something wrong?? She couldn't believe that was Arohi? Who is impatiently waiting for this news. Now what shefali will say to Arjun? she was sure that Arjun would definitely ask about Arohi again.

Arjun's gang trying to make the boring atmosphere of hospital little lively by their nonsense Jokes. Mostly are on each other, they were rewinding the fun moments of their gang, all are so happy to got their friend Arjun back.

Arjun was glancing at the clock in every 5 second, now he understood how it feels to wait for someone restlessly. Time turned afternoon to evening then evening to night but no sign of her, now he started feeling something fishy, Arohi is always around even in a miner problem and today he is in hospital and opened eyes after 2 days and still she didn't come to meet him, but why? he clsoed his eyes : Plz Arohi plz come, I m dying to meet you, to hug you, I want to make sure you are fine, want to feel your presents. I want you with me, now and forever.

Hey Romy? Where is my mobile? Asked Arjun.

Hey actually your phone was broken but don't worry it will repair by tomorrow.

He hesitated before but when he glared,s Romit quickly handed him his Mobile. All left the room leaving Arjun Alone, Shefali was the last one to go, she was worried, what if Arohi talk with him in a same way she did with her? Shefali turned back to take a look and found him pressing her number, she smiled to him and left.

Phone was ringing but nobody picking it, he again tried, this time she picked.

Hello Arohi...

Arohi's heart filled with numerous emotions after hearing his voice, she was badly missing him. Her eyes turned teary...she replied in trembling voice, Arjun...

I m fine, how are u?

I m not fine Arohi and can't be till you come to meet me, I miss u so much, why didn't you come? Are you angry with me?

Arohi cried hard hardening phone in her grip, she knows she was hurting him, he wanted to meet her as she wanted to meet him, feel him alive front of her, its just a starting and if this simple avoiding gesture affecting that much then how would Arohi be able to do other things she wanted to do for pushing him away? Yes. Arohi has decided that she would do anything for her parent's happiness, she can't be selfish. that is gonna be a toughest thing because she knows Arjun won't let her leave him easily.

Arjun's tension increasing by every passing moment, Arohi never behaved this way without reason. Why she didn't come, especially in this situation when he just came out from a close to death condition. Now he is more desperate to meet her, he picked mobile again but kept back, I think now no more talking I have to meet her as soon as possible.

next day Rudra came to visit him : hey son how are u my boy?

Feeling better Dad. Btw you are here in this early morning? U should have in office right now.

Well my office won't close if one day I take a leave. You are important for me more than anything.

Arjun's lips curved in a smile, he always wanted his father's attention and care which finally he got. Dad can I ask you for something?

Sure boy just say what you want, that will be presented to you in minutes.

Dad I want to go home, this environment of hospital making me sick, I m feeling nauseous.

Don't worry I m going to talk with Doctors.

Rudra discharged him before time in Arjun's demand, Rudra arranged all the medicines, machineries and private doctor and nurse for him in his house. Arjun was very happy to see a sudden change in his father's behavior.

Amrit was watching all this with red angry face, she did almost everything to create a wall between father and son but his accident turned the table and ruined her all efforts of years.

His friends coming to meet him at home one by one, Romit, Mac, Vic, Billu, Shefali, Simi and Diya. They were spending hours with him but Arohi was nowhere, she had come even when Arjun was involved in a small fight but today everyone came except her.

When everyone left, he was waiting for his family members to fell asleep, when he realized the pin drop silence, thought this is a right time to go, he carefully pulled out IV tube from his veins. Put on his jacket and shoes...first everybody's ignorance about Arohi and then Arohi's strange behavior, I can't wait for you anymore, I coming to U Arohi. He grabbed car keys and moved out.

Arohi was watching her beautiful moments with Arjun in a form of pictures in her mobile, she was smiling and crying together, just then she heard some noise near her window, she quickly wiped her tears and jumped out from bed, switched the main light and glanced at the clock which was showing the time 11:30 PM. She was afraid by thinking who can be here this time. Thieve? If he have knife or gun? No no... she quickly lifted a big flower pot and took a position... waiting for a person to show up, he wiped curtains away and jumped in. he winced in pain because his health was not that good. The flower pot she was holding involuntarily fell from her hands and eyes filled with tears, she was seeing him front of her after 2 days which felt like years.

She couldn't understand how to react, so many emotions running together, love, happiness, pain of knowing she would not be able to be with him for long, guilt for hurting him by not meeting which caused him come here in this poor health. She wanted to hold him tight and cry. But instead of doing anything she just stood there like a statue and staring at him, he came near her and waved hand front of her face...she blinked quickly and looked at the other direction: what are u doing here Arjun? its late.

This was not the first thing I was expecting you to ask? I was expecting you to ask me, how are u Arjun? I was expecting you to say that I missed you so much, I was expecting you to hug me tight. He smiled : Its ok? Me hi puchh leta hoon, kaisi ho Arohi? Mujhe miss kiya? He touches her cheeks lovingly and tucked lose strands of hairs behind her ears. Which caused so many butterflies dance in her stomach.

Oh Arjun if you keep coming front of me like this then how would I be manage to push you away when I can't help with my own feelings, your single touch can makes me do whatever you want me to do, you voice makes me happiest and I feel like a different person when I am with you, Oh god, what have you done to me Arjun?? she squeezed her eyes in pain and some tears rolled on her cheeks.

Arjun shook her by shoulders worriedly, what happened Arohi? He cupped her cheeks and made her sit on bed, is everything ok?

She shook her head, NO, everything is not good, Arjun I don't want to meet you again? She said this making straight face.

He furrowed his brows in confusion. What are u saying Arohi? Don't you love me?

She stood up and turned to the opposite side, May be I loved you, but that was just an attraction, you are good looking, hot, famous, rich and of course so different, I felt pulled but u r not that kind of a guy, a girl like me wants. You no...she shrugged.

A girl like u? means? What kind of guy you want?

Someone who is responsible, smart, who can survive on his own, not on his father's money and the most important thing who never involves in fights.

But Arohi? You loved me like this. You said it.

Yean may be I said it being emotional but now I understood, a person should be practical and I realised you are not a right person for me. My parents have selected a right guy for me, she said with a fake proud.

He couldn't believe what he was hearing. Rohan is your right guy?

She nodded.

He held her by shoulders: plz Arohi don't let them influence your mind, this is your life, I promise I will talk to them, I will change myself Arohi. I will be a person as you and your parents like. Plz Arohi we have to fight for our love. Don't lose hopes, she jerked his hands...Oh stop it Arjun, you can't change and you know that. You are just a spoilt brat.

Fine...but don't think I will go and forget everything. If you will not fight for me, I will fight for you and not only with mine and your family but with you also, you have to change your decision because I know you love me and you know it better than me.

He turned to go but stopped and walked towards her, he kissed her forehead and whispered I love so much Arohi.

He hugged her lightly and said in her ears good night love. Then he turned and jumped out from the window.

Arohi stood still keeping finger on a place where he kissed. She was still feeling a burning sensation on her forehead.
