Scene309 PRS cajoling Karan

PRS: I guess he drank a bit more only. One minute Arjun please

PRS takes Karan a bit far Arjun can still hear very lightly some words what they are speaking

PRS: I am just going to Delhi and coming beta. I will come by 12pm tomorrow

Karan embraces him tighter: Promise you will come na. You will not leave me alone.

Arjun smiles. First Karan was insecure about Gunjan leaving him after marriage and now he is insecure of papa going to Delhi.

PRS rubs his back: Promise baby, I will never leave you alone. Papa is always with you.

Arjun smiles. His brother is one baby only papa's baby. He cannot stay away from papa for one day also.

Karan: I cannot live without you papa. I love you very much the most in this world

PRS: Love you too baby love you too

PRS releases Karan from his embrace.

PRS holds Karan's face in both his hands: karan, beta listen. Will you go with Arjun? He will drop you home. Or should I come along. Actually I may miss my flight if I come to leave you baby. Are you OK beta Should I come along?

Karan stands upright with dads help: No, papa I will take care. You go. I am OK

PRS: Please control yourself beta, you will na promise

Karan becomes damn serious: Promise papa, you go. I am there na. I will take care of myself and Gunjan and mom and dadaji. You go papa. Do not worry about us at all. I am there for them.

PRS smiles: Thanks baby. I know I can rely on you. Come I will leave you till car.

PRS supports Karan and gets him till Arjun's car and makes him sit in the car.

PRS keeps his hand on Karan's head and keeps looking at him upset

Arjun: Do not worry Sir, I will take care of Karan

PRS: Good Night Arjun, thanks a lot

Scene310 Arjun consoling an upset Karan

PRS: Bye Karan, take care. I will be back tomorrow

Karan grabs his fathers hand: Take care papa. I love you very much. Come back soon. I will wait for you.

PRS pulls his hand out of Karans and pats his cheek: I love you tooo. Take care Ok

Karan: I love you

Karan looks at his father walking away from their car with longing eyes like a 3 year old child in pre nursery on first day of school who does not want to let go off his father.

PRS leaves but Arjun realizes something is wrong here.

Arjun takes Karan and drives the car to the palace.

Karan still blabbering: I love my papa very much very much. Take care papa. I want Vodka

Arjun looks at Karan. What is wrong with him? He is acting so possessive of PRS as if he is 3 year old kid.

Karan upset: Give me vodka buddy. My head is bursting and my heart is aching. I want to relive myself of all upsets. Nick Dude where is my Vodka

Arjun stops car. He is wondering why Karan is so upset?

Karan: Nick dude, thanks buddy you have always been with me when I got upset. Thanks dude and pulls Arjun and hugs him

Karan: Thanks a lot buddy thanks I love you chokes

Arjun hugs him and rubs his back to console him.

Arjun: Karan, what happened? Why are you so upset since you spoke to your father?

Karan blabbering: My daddy is the best daddy in world. I want him to be very happy. I love him the most in this world.

Arjun pulls him from embrace and looks at his eyes. His blue eyes reveal pain terrible pain a pain that he has never seen in any other human's eye before.

Arjun tensed: Karan, why are you so upset baba tell na?

Scene311 Arjun tending to Karan

Karan's eye expression changes from terrible pain to confusion to a kind of fear as he slowly closes his beautiful expressive blue eyes.

Karan: I am the happiest person in this world Nick Dude I am very happy. You only told na repeat??????????

Karan falls asleep and Arjun puts him back on his seat and wipes tear drops that slide from Karan's eyes

Karan's body is still burning hot, his fever has not come down.

Arjun is upset about Karan's condition his pain his tears that he is hiding from the entire world. Today he had drank a lot hence may be cried otherwise he never talked anything about his personal life ever.

Arjun takes him to palace. Servants come running and take him to his bedroom and make him sleep on his bed and thank Arjun.

He goes to Karan's bed and strokes his hair and asks servant. Everyone has slept.

Servants says "Yes" and leave

Arjun takes his handkerchief and goes to bathroom and wets it and keeps on Karan's forehead to reduce his fever.

Karan is so intoxicated he is not aware that its Arjun who is near him. He has assumed its PRS who put a wet cloth on his forehead.

Karan blabbering: I am okkk papaaa do nottt worry.

Arjun gets upset

Why did Karan say his father PRs had never had happiness and always in pain?

Scene312 Arjun's decision

What past and present his father wants to relive and hence immerse himself in work day and night?

Has his father not forgotten his mother Rukmini??? That's why may be he has pain and immerses himself in work 14-16 hours a day non stop. Arjun has observed his father whether rain or sunshine, weekday or weekend, festival or national holiday his father works 14-16 hours a day in office. Why?

Having 2 small beautiful kids, a loving wife and father he keeps slogging without a break? And smile PRS rarely shows any emotion on face be it upset, happiness, pain nothing. Why? Why is he such a big mystery that no one knows him in outside world?

PRS is a public figure but very private never gives interviews in 35 years of his business life he has not given a single interview about himself his company nothing. His life is shrouded in mystery many people know he has two kids but who are they, their photos are not available to media or online.

People know Karan has joined the Sisodia empire but as what? Where? Etc no one has any clue. No one has been able to take pictures of Karan and Gunjan till now in public. Karan and Gunjan never reveal to friends how rich or what is their background never? They act like commoners some commoners children.

And Gunjan's parent-teacher meeting is attended only by Karan always PRS and Yashodhara have never visited her school because no one should know she is their daughter. No one in school knows she is their princess other than the principal. Arjun himself did not know they were royals till Karan invited him to house for lunch.

Arjun cannot think of any reason for his father's past and present upset other than his failed love to Rukmini mom. The police constable had told him long back that his father had asked permission from Rukmini mom and married Yashu mom- that's what Rukmini mom told the police. That means his father loved Rukmini mom a lot a lottt otherwise why will a crown prince ask his lovers permission to marry. He could have done anything as he wished and Rukmini mom was not powerful enough to fight him, stop him, question him.

Arjun also realizes his father has no knowledge of a son from Rukmini mom because he has seen his father treating even street children very lovingly. If such a person knew he had another son he would go to hell to find his son that's for sure. So his father has pain past and present his failed love. But does Karan have knowledge of this? Arjun decides to find out.
