Scene302 PRS asks reason for upset

Arjun lost in his fathers hug does not reply.

PRS thinks something has happened in personal life and Arjun is upset must be regarding the cheating incident he was telling about. He gives him sometime to hug and holds him in embrace.

PRS: what happened Arjun? and rubs his back as if consoling him

Arjun comes out of trance and back to reality and releases PRS from hug and moves 2-3 steps back

PRS seriously: Come here

Arjun scared and goes near

PRS this time embraces him warmly: You are missing your father right?

PRS: I am also a father. I can understand that no matter how big kids are they sometimes need the protective hug of their father to be reassured and feel secure. I think you are missing your father at this moment. Right Arjun

If Arjun has his way he will ensure he embraces his father full night and place his head on his shoulders.

PRS pats his back and head and releases him from his hug.

PRS: You are fine now

Arjun: thanks, Thank you very much p (thinks papa) Sir

PRS: Your father is a very lucky man, I must say. Any father will be proud to have such a good, loving, matured and capable son

Karan: I protest, my father is the greatest father in the world and looks at PRS with sadness filled in eyes.

PRS holds his hand: Both father's sons. I thought sons are close to mothers I am a mama's boy actually both parents because I am the only child.

Arjun laughs, Karan disinterested manages a smile

PRS laughs: Sometimes Karan also becomes like you Arjun, this small kid

Arjun looks at PRS. What does he mean by Karan acts like a small kid sometimes? Karan is a small kid only. He is just 22. Yet at 22 he shows maturity and handles responsibility of 50 year olds.

Scene304 Karan's insecurity

Karan serious: OK, sorry dad. I will take care

PRS: Karan, you have to handle such a big business empire and Gunjan is very small to help you. You are the elder son, the elder brother in the family and you have no other adult siblings to help you. I am not saying forget all fun in life. But I know what it is to handle so many responsibilities without anyone to turn to help you out no well wishers, no siblings who you can turn to advice or help for past 35 years. Another 5 years and you must be able to handle this huge empire and take care of family, Gunjan, your mom. If Gunjan marries and settles in another place she may also not be able to help you right. Then you have to make all decisions single handedly. You must buck up for that responsibility now. OK

PRS says Mad boy and pats Karan's back.

Karan still hugging PRS: I love you very much papa

PRS: Love you too Karan and rubs his back as if to console him

Karan still very moody.

PRS: Lets go for dinner beta

the conference is over by 10pm Arjun was late remember. Now is party and dinner after conference. PRS has finished his speech etc. These are business parties and conferences which have dinner and party after event. Arjun missed event but came for dinner and party. And party is on with music, etc but i did not describe all that left to readers imagination

PRS: Do not say like that beta, please take care of yourself. You take care of everyone but never take care of yourself.

Karan: Papa, I will take care. I will be fine in a day or two. You tell me what happened in US?

PRS seems to be consoling Karan or something. Karan is asking him many questions and from his face Arjun can make out he may break down any minute into tears. PRS is holding both his hands and explaining something and trying to make him smile. Then both embrace for a long time and PRS keeps rubbing his back as if to console him.

Karan pulls a chair so that his father sits and says he will get the dinner for both and goes to get food. All three have dinner.
