Arjun stood there for a few seconds while Sheetal had her arms wrapped around his muscular body, until he pulled her away. "W-what did you just say?" He asked, just to re-assure his mind not hearing what he had thought he heard. "Yeah bro! You got your job back because of me!" Sheetal and Khushi had huge smiles on their faces until it both slowly vanished away by seeing Arjun not reacting. Arjun was in total shellshock, especially as the way he had acted towards Arohi, how was it possible that she was willing to give him a second chance? "Bhai, are you not happy? I know you hate her, but just consider this as a second chance?" Sheetal could see no happy or sad face, just a total blank face, until he said, "Sheetal, who told you to call her? I don't want to work with that woman. She doesn't know how to respect anybody, and has the most rude attitude ever! Over my dead body will i ever work with her again!" Arjun stubbornly crossed his arms and face the total opposite direction of Sheetal and Khushi. Khushi smacked Arjun's shoulder and said, "Bhai! Why do you have to be stubborn? Like seriously, this saves you from going to find another job and stuff so stop being so annoying and just accept it okay!" Arjun gave a nasty look to Khushi, even though he knew what she said was right. Maybe he was just over exaggerating at this while situation. In-fact he should consider himself lucky that a superstar like Arohi was willing to give him another chance. "Fine my two little sisters, i will work with the woman i hate the most! And you two really owe me loads!" Khushi and Sheetal ran towards Arjun and gave him a big loving hug. "Thanks bro!" They both yelled at the same time.

Arjun waited in Arohi's office for over thirty minutes. He had come extra early just in case she decided to yell at him again. But hopefully he was going to to see less of the yelling, and more of the kindness. That is she ever knew how to be kind. Looking at his watch, he sighed thinking, Where the hell is this Arohi Sharma. Why is it that women love taking their time! And just then he saw Arohi walk into her office with ten files in each hands. The wind began blowing her hair as she tried keeping her balance walking in her heels and carrying around weight with her. She indeed did look beautiful Arjun thought to himself. Arohi tried moving the little strokes of her hair which were falling right in front of her eyes with her arms, and as she slowly did she saw Arjun standing right there...in front of him. Arohi was so lost into him she dropped all the files onto the floor which got her back into her senses. "Sh*t! These stupid files always come in the way!" Arohi bent down and began picking the files up one by one until she saw Arjun bend down beside her and help her. They didn't speak, so both of them were in an awkward position at this moment in time but Arjun had to break the silence one way or another. "Ma'am...i'm sorry about yesterday. I shouldn't have spoken to you in such a rude mannered way, and i will make sure it won't happen again" They were both still picking up the files, and Arohi looked at Arjun. "Mr Punj, today is a new day, i have given you a second chance so i don't want you to remind me of what happened yesterday." She carried on picking up the files until it was one more file on the floor left. Arjun and Arohi both grabbed the file together at the same time. Arjun felt a bit of Arohi's soft hand by mistake and he immediately let go of the file, and the exact happened to Arohi. She let go and both of them watched the file drop on the floor again.

Arjun quickly picked up the file and led his hand forward to give it to Arohi. "Sorry ma'am. I didn't realize you were going to let go of it too." Arjun looked down and Arohi took the file and placed them all on the table. "Its fine, anyway's go get me a hot cuppa tea with no sugar and plenty of milk! I totally need it!" Arohi placed herself down onto her leather spinning chair and she let out a huge tiring sigh. Arjun walked out the office to make her tea, which he knew wasn't his job but he was expecting all this extra work from Arohi. Ten minutes passed and the tea was ready for Arohi. Arjun walked in and put the cup next to her laptop which was easy for her to reach. Arjun looked at the time and realized it was already time for his lunch. Yesterday Arohi hadn't even let him eat, but today was going smoothly so she may just let him off this time. "Ma'am, can i go for my lunch now?" While Arohi sipped her tea she licked her lips and said, "First of all, you've made nice tea. I'm impressed. And yes, you can go for thirty minutes but you have to be here straight away!" Arjun smiled and began walking away until yet again she interrupted. "Oh and yes Mr Punj, don't forget your doing overtime now!" Arjun frowned and looked towards Arohi. "Overtime? What overtime?" Arohi stood up from her chair with a smirk on her face and walked towards Arjun crossing her arms proudly. "Mr Arjun Punj, i'm sure your aware of your sister calling me yesterday, but i'm guessing she hasn't told you my conditions on you working here?" Arjun shook his head clueless and let Arohi carry on. "Well, you have to do overtime for a month, and you don't get a pay-rise for a year." Arjun couldn't believe what he was hearing. She's the one who didn't want to hear anything about the past and here's Arjun still getting punished! But he just let the matter be, there was no point in arguing so he just left to have his lunch.

As Arjun calmly had his lunch, without any interruptions this time, he began walking back to Arohi's office. As he walked there, he couldn't help but notice a man walking into Arohi's office and she closed the door. Arjun was curious of who this man was, so he managed to get a slight glimpse through the window. He witnessed the two arguing, and just as he realized that what he was doing was wrong he began to walk away until he say the man grab Arohi's hand roughly and pull her towards him yelling at her. All of a sudden Arjun couldn't bare to see this. He opened the door wide open and grabbed the man from the back and pushed him away. The mans eyes now settled onto Arjun and as he grinded his teeth he lifted his hand to hit Arjun but he stopped him. With full force Arjun pushed the mans hand down and told him to leave, otherwise the man was in danger. The man laughed out load and said, "And who are you to tell me what to do! If i want to stay here i will!" Arjun looked at Arohi who had tears in her eyes and who had a sore hand. Looking back to the man, Arjun replied, "Miss Sharma's my boss, and since i work here i won't let her be in any danger." Arohi was gobsmacked at the words Arjun has just let out. Was he just protecting her? The man shook his head and pointed at Arohi, "I'm not finished, you just wait and watch!" He left, leaving Arohi shooken up.

Walked up to Arohi slowly, Arjun held out the tissue box in his hand. Not using eye contact, Arohi grabbed two tissues and walked around her desk and slowly sat down, wiping he tears. Then finally she thanked Arjun. "Thank you, but there was no need." Arohi looked away as Arjun looked at her. "Ma'am, there was a need, seeing the state your in now. Whoever this man is, you may want to be careful, he doesn't look like the guy who would give up easily." Arohi didn't reply, but just lay back onto her chair and looking up at the ceiling of her office. She didn't even notice that Arjun had walked away. Arjun knew very well he had to do overtime, but Arohi was distracted by her thoughts so he managed to escape. As Arjun walked home, he saw the same man who was in Arohi's office in a alleyway having a ciggerette with a gang. Arjun got closer, trying to avoid them from seeing him, he hid himself in the corner where it was easy for him to hear what they were going to say. "We have to get that Arohi Sharma! One way or another, this time we will get her" Arjun heard everything, their plan in how to get Arohi, and they were targeting her tomorrow. He still had no clue who they were, and why they were against her, but he knew that Arohi was in danger.

He didn't understand why he was putting himself into danger for protecting Arohi. They hated each other, but Arjun knew that this matter was between life or death. Knowing that Arohi's life was in danger, he had to help her. But if he told her that these people were trying the get her, then she would moan and tell him to mind his own business. All that was running through his head was he had to save her. He was going to be extra early to work tomorrow, just in case they decided to hurt her before she even arrived. Whatever happened between Arjun and Arohi was small compared to this, and Arjun was willing to help someone he hated. Because he would never wish death upon anyone. As Arjun carried on thinking while walking home, his phone rang, and on it was Arohi's name. Damn, she's realized I've left work, i guess i better head back.

"Only because i was distracted in my thoughts doesn't mean you decide to run back home without completing you overtime! Arohi Sharma never lets that happen! Now common, get back to work" Arohi looked better, and her usual again. Arjun for the first time had seen Arohi emotional with teary eyes earlier on, and that's when he realized that she looked so innocent and a harmless being. But seeing this attitude again made him laugh, thinking how wrong he was. I guess this woman will never change... he repeated in his head over and over again. Arohi sat at he desk thinking hard of how to escape from this man. He had been threatening her for over a month now, and if that Arjun hadn't been here today then they would have definitely found her dead body lying there in that office. She couldn't help but think of how to escape if she had come face to face with him again. Sometimes she hated being a singer, her profession, but her personality was only this mean because of people like this man. Now tomorrow is definitely a day to look forward to... Arjun and Arohi thought at the exact same time...
