k read all the above..

taking in for questioning does not require a warrant. he had confessed and police were waiting for forensics. Rajvir beat him up in the hospital - agreed. After he was taken in for questioning, Remand was applied but FIR was not filed and investigation hasnt started yet..This court session had started to lodge the case in court and specify both sides and their lawyers. 😈

*judges, u can ask Rajvir to be suspended until enquiry is done on his actions*

p.s. sorry guyz, i watched way too many movies.. n dint want to give bail so easily.. i imagine Rajvir wud pull such stunts.. i really wanna give arjun the bail.. so one more argument n rosh can pass the bail order!! 😊

And m done badgering the prosecution...go have a look...and now m leaving too...judges it would be better if we end this session for now and continue again when everyones back cause i guess most have left or are leaving

Aksh, if there is no FIR there is no case... In India n most Asian countries, without the FIR the police do not start the investigation at all... one of the Ullus need to file a formal complaint against Arjun... if this was not done, the case would be anyway dismissed...

Ullus need to file a FIR, and then police needs to come up with a new case...

i could do that, but that means it'll b over from there...no more case..

btw u do realized i am making the ullus look evil in all of this.. dont hate me.. hate them.. i dont want to find out after the court case that suddenly am being bashed instead.. darn.. i can see how the CVs become DVs..😲🤣
