My first post in this thread and I hope I make sense😳 I have read all the posts on the other thread and I must say, you guys are doing an awesome job!! Wow!! Kudos to you👏 👏 👏

I may be repeating myself, but since the prosecutor has said Arjun was a criminal, but was never arrested, doesn't it prove that Arjun was indeed very clever? Why would such a clever person leave behind his gun, with the fingerprints in the crime scene and then later deny shooting KSA? All these point out to the fact that Arjun is being framed!

Again, hope I make sense😳

Hey harsha, good to see you here.. and yes you were clear.

You remember how in the jungle track when Rajvir caught up with Arjun, he sent away everyone because he didn't want any witness for enccounter!! This is in the same vein. Rajvir knows that if he arrests Arjun, he will get bail easily because the evidence is not in yet. The FIR is not filed so the investigation is not started, so essentially there is no proof against Arjun. And Rajvir is so pissed off, he wants to make Arjun's life hell. So he found a loophole in the law, that allows him to keep Arjun locked up without having to give any reason. But like the defense lawyers pointed out, he can't do that for longer than 24 hours. So when the judges come back, first thing he will get bail. I hope I didn't confuse you.

About the fingerprints and all, Arjun when he went to kill KSA he was not thinking of what will happen after he got his revenge for his mother. All he wanted to do was kill KSA and get even. I think, he wouldn't have had anything to live for, atleast he thought that way I think, because him killing KSA would effectively ruin his relationship with Arohi too and he had nothing else to live for. So he was careless with the fingerprints and such.

And regarding the framing, yes agreed. You watch how the case unfolds. Please keep giving your input and criticism especially. 😊
