it was not filed before intterogation.and no arrest warrant was issued either.just cos arjun confessed which was his sharafat he should be treated with respect.

Actually guys, without an FIR, the police doesn't even start investigations.. so technically if that's the case, they can't even question Arjun, let alone, beat him up n remand him...

prosecution.. pls discuss
