Scene44: Judge announces that RPS and Romit are innocent and releases them

Arjun: Reputation,

My Lord Reputed people do not push their enemies from top floor when they have come to attend personal functions. RPS daughter was pushed from stairs when she was pregnant and she miscarried. And when I her brother went to demand justice the Alhuwaliah's brushed it aside without any probe or case saying its an accident. RPS daughter Rashi Singhania was in depression for 4 months because of this. Who will give back her happy days? "Alhuwaliah's the reputed people"

Arjun chokes remembering Rashi

Some ladies have tears in eyes hearing Rashi condition.

Arjun: Rajveer and his police misbehaved so badly while arresting RPS and Romit that RPS daughter Rashi again went into severe shock. Doctor said she may never recover from the trauma. Who will give back RPS his daughter, me, Romit and Michael their sister back the way she was bubbly and cheerful. I, I lost my only friend and counsel the one person i loved so dearly. Who will give my dear sister back to me, these reputed Alhuwaliah's".

Arjun continues: Reputed my Lord, do not tie a 18 year old kid in police station and give him electric shocks till he faints and keep repeating it for 2 days though that boy pleads innocence. Reputed people do not remove grudge against one family member on other family members. Alhuwaliah family do not like me because i married their daughter against their wishes. But they removed that grudge on my kid brother Romit and tortured him so bady. My brother Romit cannot sleep properly in night and gets up feeling scared. Who will give back his peaceful sleep and his lost innocence to him? These reputed Alhuwaliah's

Arjun has tears clouding in his eyes and rage in his face when he says that and looks at Rajveer

The people in court start looking at Rajveer and Kartar and start whispering among themselves

Arjun continues: Romit cannot walk out of house without people staring at him, treating him badly and misbehaving with him. He has been socially boycotted at college, by friends, teachers, classmates and neighbors because he was arrested and this news published in all papers. Who will give him back the respect that was tarnished? The reputed Alhuwaliah's. My father was innocent but spent 3 weeks in jail and was forced to sign false statement by these so called reputed people. Where is justice for common man your honour.

The court is stunned and pin drop silence for 1 minute and the entire court is on its feet with defeaning appaulse at his argument. Arjun looks at RPS who for the first time in life is looking at Arjun with real pride on his face for his son.

Arjun: I rest my case here. You please decide whether after hearing all my witness and evidence if really there is any case against my family

Judge: After listening to Arjun Singhania's argument and evidence i release RPS and Romit honorably. Enquiry be set up on ACP Rajveer and other officers for torturing Romit in custody and forcing RPS to sign false statement. New inspector be appointed to probe Arohi supari case and Alhuwaliah's be questioned in this case as strong evidence points to them. Court dismissed.

aaj arjun ne toh judge ki band baja di.. judge gave one opening- "reputed people" n arjun pounced on it like it was the last glass of water on earth.. awesome awesome job prem.. super luved it!!

Thanks and yes recently i saw damini movie on TV and got inspired by its dailogues and made my own on reputation word
