hey prem. i luved it tht u kept romit's innocence.. n Raj again trying to pull Arohi Arjun together..even if unknowingly.. n Arohi has some scruples about Romit being in jail without any charges.. gud!! i am liking this.. waiting for next part..

Scene33: Arjun fights for Romit in college

Next day Romit goes to college. All classmates and college mates read about his and RPS arrest in Arohi supari case in paper. They start whispering among themselves and walk off whenever he approaches someone or speak humiliatingly about his family, dad and him. Simi and Sanchit really angry and royally ignore him. This goes on for one week.

One day after class Romit feels hungry and goes to canteen and orders a burger and sits and has it. Arjun calls in between to check on him and he says he is in canteen. Sanchit and Simi also are there in canteen. Romit finishes his burger and gets up to leave when he dashes with the college bully-Ranveer.

Romit remembers the college bully is a body builder and last time someone dashed him he bashed him up badly. Romit gets scared and about to say sorry when one of the college bully friend comes and says to Ranveer "Ranveer, oh no, of all people you had to dash with Romit, Say sorry else who knows his father may give supari on your name" All start laughing and hooting. Romit cannot take it anymore and has tears clouding his eyes and starts running out of canteen when he dashes against someone. He looks up to see its his Arjun bro.

Arjun holds his hand tightly and takes him inside the canteen and says "Looks like i have come to a court filled with all judges. Are you a judge he asks Ranveer's friend"?"

"No" Ranveer's friend replies.

Arjun says "Tell me you know Romit from 6 months ever since college started. Have you ever felt that Romit can kill even a mosquito leave alone a human being".

The friend puts his head down.

Arjun says " I cannot see a great future to this country what with today's youngsters reading papers and believing them as Gospel truth without verifying".

He goes to another friend of Romit (who used to come to their house and studied with Romit in school and college).

Arjun says "Tell me Sanjay, you know Romit and our family for ages. Have you ever felt Romit can hit someone leave alone give a supari". S

anjay says "No bhaiya".

Arjun continues "Then on what basis do you people cast aspersions on an innocent person and treat him as outcast in the college. Rich people and families have enemies. You are all aware of that. And others keep waiting to destroy them by false propaganda. Tommorow if someone tells some lie about you and everyone treat you like a criminal or outcast how will you all feel when you have not done any fault. Who has given you the permission to become judges of other peoples life" and looks around the room.

Everyone bends their head down.

Sanjay comes and hugs Romit and says "Sorry yaar Romit. Sorry for treating you indifferently. I know my childhood friend can never think forget do such a thing. Please forgive me" and hugs him.

Others also do the same.

Arjun sees all this with a sense of satisfaction.

Sanchit walks out in anger from the canteen.

Arjun goes to Romit and says "Lets go to house" and both sit in his car.

Romit hugs Arjun and says "Thanks Bhaiya, If not for you coming and saving the day i had decided never to come to this college again".

Arjun says " Thanks for what Romit, i realized when i spoke to you that something is wrong and came to your college. And don't ever say such things. Did you forgot what dad used to say. Face your problems do not run away from it. If you were having problems in college you should have come home and told me or Michael or dadi. I see that after you went to jail you have started hiding lots of things with us. Where is that kid brother of mine who would come home and give a detailed review of the day spent in college everyday though we would not be interested in listening. I want that kid brother of mine back.

Arjun continues "Remember one thing Romit, when a person is down and out the world tries to destroy him completely instead of giving helping hand. But a strong person is one who does not get destroyed and faces the world bravely. And why are you scared of this world. Till I, Michael, dad and Rashi are there you are never alone. We will never leave you alone to face your problems single handedly. "

Arjun then says "Do not go and tell what happened here at home, OK, Cheer up".

luv arjun n romit bonding.. i wish arjun gave a piece of his mind to sanchith as well.. but now i hope arohi knocks some sense into her ullu brother.. coz arohi knows the truth!!

Thanks Aksh. Just started to write some random thoughts that i had on this story.

I myself cannot believe i wrote 32 scenes. I thought i will end in 4-5 scenes but its gone so far i myself cannot believe it and the fact that all of you keep encouraging me with your comments on every scene keeps me going

Scene34 Arjun meets Rashi in hospital

Arjun is watching TV with Raj and Romit at home when suddenly a reports comes that a famous person has been arrested for fraud and thousands have gathered outside court to get him released because they feel he is innocent. The press reporter says "Although there is strong evidence against the man people still trust him, so judge released him with a warning and fine whereas if anyone else was in his place he would have gone to jail". They interview his supporters and they says that the person has helped so many in life and can never do anything wrong but opponents have wrongly trapped him in false case.

Arjun thinks deeply and realizes that when his family is in trouble not a single associate, friend, and even some family members (Arohi) etc standing by them(Some scenes are shown of asociates refusing to help when Michael and Arjun call them for help to release RPS) but here is one man where thousands have gathered to help him because of his past good records.

Romit observes him contemplating and calls him but he is lost in thoughts and does not respond. Romit holds his hand and says "Bro, what happened. Nowadays you are always thinking something and lost. Do not worry Bro, everything will be fine and dad and Arohi babhi will come home soon". Arjun just smiles but does not respond.

Arjun visits Rashi in hospital in evening one day from office. Rashi is in hospital room all lost and doctors say she is not responding to medicine much. He holds her hands and sits with her for a long time remembering all events recently.

He remembers him returning from hospital that day with Rashi, Romit, Dadi and Arohi, the tension on their faces on seeing police vans in their house, his dad and romit being arrested, both pleading innocence but police not trusting them, arohi leaving the house, Rashi hospitalized again and her saying "I . I told you lets leave this house but you never listened, you never listened to me Arjun",

He remembers him getting confused if his dad is involved in arohi's attack, him contemplating and coming to conclusion that his dad could not be involved, his meeting with his dad and his dad breaking down on hearing rashi's condition.

He remembers his dad saying "My enemity with Alhuwaliah's forced me to take this bad path so that i become as powerful and rich and society respects me. But now it is threatening future of my children. I never thought about that", His dad saying "Once i also believed in honesty, hardwork, integrity but i realised all these words are just that words",

He remembers Romit torture in police custody and Rajveer saying his screams will vibrate in your ears forever, Romit getting humiliated in college by classmates" and literally has tears streaming down his face.

Its very late at night when Arjun realizes that. He says "I am sorry Rashi, i am also responsible for this condition of yours. I am also responsible for dad and romit's condition and may be indirectly for Arohi's too. Somewhere i had gone blind in my family's love that i did not realize my love is destroying their lives in the long term. I promise you i will correct my errors that i have done so far and one day you will all be proud to be Singhania's family member and this world will really respect Singhania's not out of fear or for favour but out of real love and respect".

He gets up from the hospital room and leaves with a new glow on his face and spring in his footsteps.
