Scene35 Arjun meets RPS in jail to take permission

Arjun meets RPS in jail and says "You always say know dad that my Arjun always does everything with passion from heart so i have decided to do something with all my heart and not go back no matter what problems i face. I have decided to do this for our family"

RPS looking at him questioningly and

Arjun says "i have decided to leave this world of crime, double cross etc and follow path of goodness and truth no matter what trouble i have. And i have come here to seek your blessing and permission which i know you will never refuse me. Please dad if you do not permit me to leave house i will never be at peace. I know last time i had asked you permission to leave the house but did not adhere to it, but this time i have made that decision and want to stick by it no matter what".

RPS turns his back and thinks for a long time. RPS remembers last time when Arjun had left house for 7 days he had initially thought he will not really miss Arjun because he had so many people to do his job although he had said Arjun is one of a kind in front of his family. But after 3-4 days he was starting to get cranky and restless for no reason and was not satisfied with anyone's performance in office or never at peace even in the house.

Its not that anyone was doing a bad job at business but RPS had got so used to Arjun being around the office to handle everything that he had never thought what will happen if he were not around. RPS was so used to seeing Arjun around the office ever willing and ready to any job without any questions asked like the rest. And many times he need not even tell Arjun what the job was and it was already done beyond his expectations. And more than the job it was Arjun's presence. RPS knew no matter what trouble or worries he had Arjun would notice them even without him mentioning. And when you have such a person around who truly cares for you and concerned for you its only natural that the other person starts missing them or may be realizes that individuals value in his life when they are not around.

He does not want to let go of Arjun not only because this will impact his business but also somewhere deep down he loves him or may be likes him. But he was not the kind to express him emotions in front of any human and there were a few past incidents that made him a bit stone hearted about expressing his emotions openly.

And he had grown up without a father from young age and knew how cruel this patriachal society can be on children without fathers. He was in the business of crime which was rutheless and he was aware that anything can happen to him anyday. He wanted his children to be strong and prepared for a life without their father to hold their hands and guide them. But apart from Arjun everyone had failed to meet his expectations.

Scene36 RPS gives permission to Arjun

And somewhere he felt Arjun had just created this tough exterior image in front of family and friends. RPS knew that if something happens to him Arjun will handle the family and business but inside he will be broken. RPS knew Arjun was like this small kid who required constant reassurance and acceptance and that was because of the fact that he was an orphan.

RPS had thought that as Arjun grows up he will forget his past and seamlessly settle into Singhania household but somewhere that had not happened. Michael always thought of him as a rival rather than brother, Kumud was usually into herself and her parties to ever bother of any of her children except Michael and she saw Arjun as Michael's competitor and Jignesh the least said about him the better.

RPS had tried to defend Arjun many times but Michael and Kumud misconstrued it as him liking Arjun more than them both And RPS definetly did not want Michael and Kumud to think like that because he loved them. Its like being struck between the devil and deep sea. So he always used to do balancing acts but usually many times it favoured Michael and Kumud because he knew Arjun would understand his partialities in decisions towards them as he was matured and RPS had no other options to prevent relations from detoriating further.

RPS knew he himself had not helped matters by always emphasising more on business and less on family but he was so used to doing that for past 35 years that now he could not change himself because of his insecurities even if he wanted to. Only Romit and Rashi had really accepted Arjun whole heartedly in their family.

Arjun calls out to RPS engrossed in his thoughts and RPS snaps out of it. He sees Arjun's eyes all eager and excited like a kid who has discovered something new and wants to share it first with the person he trusts most. He has never seen that kind of peace and happiness on Arjun's face for many years.He thinks let me not disappoint him and make him unhappy and then holds Arjun's both hands and says "Arjun if that is what pleases you, i have no objection but" and he pauses. Arjun says "i know what you want to say that be there in house till my return and i will do that. I will wait till you return dad. I will definitely stay in the house till you return".

kya prem, show ki tarah tum bhi double dhamaka for the wkend eh? liked rudr's thoughts..growing up without a father he understands arjun's position n feelings.. 👏 he also understood kumud n mickys insecurities n arjun's maturity.. i wished kabhi toh woh arjun ko console karta.. n today tht happend!! so double thnk u!! luv this understanding between rudr n arjun..father n son bonding.. "apart from arjun, everybody else failed him" super luved it!!

I am so sorry, i had not thought its impacting studies. Plan to stop it coming week and start writing in April after exams

Best of luck for your exams and do not bother about my FF. Career is more important. You can always come back and read these FFs in April after exams. I will stop them after 3-4 more scenes next week. Just want to finish court case(where Arjun becomes lawyer to defend his family) part.

I know TV is an addiction and so is internet. I am also addicted to shows and net and trying to desperately let go. Thats why decided will stop FF for 40 days or so after next week, want to let go off my FF addiction too😊.

Scene37 Final hearing begins in court

Arjun while walking back from prison thinks in his mind "This is last time i want to see my dad, Rashi, Romit, Arohi or anyone in my family crying. I will become a good person earn money through honest means and ensure that my family comes in correct path so that no one can raise a finger at them and say you are criminal or put them behind bars or give supari to kill them or torture them in a police station even when they are innocent or treat them like outcast in society when false allegation are hurled at them".

Kartar who is passing by looks at him but Arjun is lost in thoughts and does not acknowledge his presence. Kartar looks at RPS also looking very tensed and feels something has happened in Singhania family and wonders what it could be.

RPS still possessive about Arjun thinking "I will convince him once i am out of jail and after this mess is sorted to stay back with family".

Arjun comes from work next evening and Michael, Dadi, Jignesh and Kumud in very upset mood sitting in main hall. Arjun realizes something is wrong and about to ask when Raj comes from school. Arjun Raj and Romit to go upstairs and both leave.

Arjun asks "What happened, why all of you are looking tensed?"

Michael says "Our lawyer has seen all case papers and says its impossible to save dad and Romit especially dad because he has signed the confession claiming he ordered Arohi's supari and Romit had nothing to do with it to save Romit from torture".

Jignesh says "No use telling Arjun because of his wrong decisions we are in this situation. It was your wrong decision to marry Arohi and get her to this house because of which today dad and romit are in trouble".

Dadi says "Keep quiet Jignesh. This is handiwork of our family enemies most probably because Arohi was also attacked"

Arjun says "I will try and think of some way to save him. You all do not worry. I will save dad and Romit at any cost" and goes to his room.

Arjun meets lawyer and meets his dad also in jail but cannot get any clue from any place to save his dad and Romit. Its Sunday evening and Monday 3pm the case verdict is scheduled. He is getting very tensed and thinking in his room when Raj comes and starts playing with a mobile and starts disturbing him.

Arjun asks him "Where and whose mobile is this?"

Raj says "No idea, it was in main hall, i got it to play". Arjun looks at it and finds its Romit. Suddenly an idea strikes him. He tells Raj to go out and play and not disturb. He goes and speaks to Romit and then calls someone. He then goes to police station to get some details of case.

Monday 3pm outside court hall Michael, Romit and Jignesh with RPS lawyer outside courtroom. RPS comes in police van and the three hug him and ask him if he is fine.

RPS asks "Where is Arjun" and they say he is missing from morning and not reachable on phone.

Rajveer who is overhearing says "RPS so your favourite son ran away. Could not face you i suppose because no tricks of his can save you and Romit in court".

Michael gets irritated and is stopped by RPS before he threateningly goes to confront Rajveer. All go into court.

Public prosecutor is Arohi's dad.

Judge comes and proceeding starts.

Public Prosecutor (PP) calls Arohi and she explains how she was attacked and then Arjun and Rajveer come and save her and she faints.

PP calls Rajveer and he explains remaining circumstance.

PP calls Arjun but he is not in court.

RPS lawyer defends him saying its conspiracy but cannot prove it.

Goons leader is called and he confirms that he got call from Romit mobile by a girl to kill Arohi and said Supari given by RPS and they got money for supari in a mall lying in a waste bin.

Romit says he has no clue who called on his mobile.

PP gives excellent argument and proves RPS and Romit involved.

Judge says after listening to everything "i have decided that RPS and Romit are guilty". He says that "i will now proceed to announce sentence"
