Arjun looking shocked at RPS

Arjun stands up.

Arjun: Means dad, you know when I was born

RPS: Yes, and to whom you were born

Arjun: What?

RPS gets up and turns his back to Arjun

RPS: I am sorry Arjun, I never told you before because the truth could destroy you and your future

Arjun in tears catches RPS hand

Arjun: Dad, who are my parents?

RPS: I do not know your dad, but I know your mom was Rukmini Devi

Arjun in tears: Rukmini Devi

RPS: Yes, your mom's name was Rukmini devi. She was not married when she gave birth to you. Yet, 30 years back she decided she will give birth to a fatherless child

Arjun has tears flowing from his eyes

RPS: Quiet a brave lady. Her father opposed her giving birth to you, society ostracized her, neighbours stopped speaking to her yet she was adamant that she will give birth to you and bring you up with all love and care.

Arjun: Who is my father, dad?

RPS: I do not know(smirks). She never told anyone. Always said he was never her's. She did not want his family life spoiled by revealing his name. Very pious and great woman.

Arjun smiles through his tears hearing that about his mother

RPS: Come, I will take you to her house

Arjun: Her house

RPS: Yes, to her house. One minute

Goes and gets a will paper and hands it over to him

RPS: This is the will your mother wrote the house on your name Arjun, son of Rukmini Devi, Grandson of Kailashnath K

Arjun opens and reads it and keeps it there

RPS holds his hand: Come son, I will take you to your mother's house, your house where you were born

The house is a big bungalow kind. But is deserted and not maintained filled with cobwebs.

He opens the gate and walks to the door and opens the lock and they go into the house. The house is dusty and filled with cobwebs. Arjun goes to every corner trying to remember anything but no, he cannot remember that he ever came here. Then there are two portraits one looks like his grandfather and grandmother and another his mother.

Arjun: Dad, mom pointing to portrait

RPS: Yes, that's your mother

Arjun has tears in his eyes. He holds the portrait and says "I Love you mom"

He keeps staring at it for long.

RPS finally comes and holds his shoulders.

RPS: Arjunnn Arjun

Arjun looks back and embraces RPS tightly. This is his mother's house his own house. He is not an orphan anymore he has a family a mother, a grandfather and grandmother. After 5 minutes Arjun regains composure. Arjun releases RPS from embrace.

RPS: Sorry Arjun, I did not tell you the truth before because this could cause turmoil in your life
