regarding the time and day maybe we can create a poll where in it would be easy for the deshians to vote which time n day they are okay and it would be easy to know also.

Eid-ul-fitr will be around 15th - 17th June depending on regions. Which will be friday to sunday. So that weekend is out of question. We can have the get together on the next weekend. 23rd / 24th June. Saturday/Sunday.
