Here I am with the first chapter of this FF. I know I was supposed to update the other story but I was sick so I could not. I will do that on this Thursday. It was almost 9.00 pm. Everyone was thinking where Meher and Preet were. Chahat was getting restless for Meet, as for her Meet was the most precious thing in the world. She just loved him too much. Meanwhile they were thinking of giving them a call, they felt some footsteps behind them and turned around. They found Meher and Preet with their Meet. Meet ran to Chahat and Chahat took him on her lap, kissing him on his cheeks. Meher came to Chahat.
Meher: Awwwh, so got your Chotu?
Chahat: Yeah Meher maa. But why you guys are so late?
Chahat took Meet and went to play.
Heer: Sneha go and play with Meet and Chahat. *giving Preet and Meher a naughty look*
Sneha: I won't go mamma, I want to be with Choti maa. *hugs Veera*
Sneha and Veera had some special bonding. Veera was too much attached to her as well as Sneha too.
Veera: Awwh my baby, Choti maa is here only but now go and play okay? *Kissed Sneha's cheek*
The kids went to another corner of the rooftop.
Herman: So Meher and Preet, I wonder if Maya and I are 6 months married or you guys. *teasing*
Maya: Exactly. I actually wanted to tell Chahat and Sneha, what there Meher maa and Preet papa were doing. Hahaha.
Meher: *blushing* Shut up you guys.
Preet: What Meher, you should be happy to get such a romantic husband. *winks at Meher*
Meher: Preettt! *glared at him* Umm by the way, we should begin the party i guess. *trying to ignore the topic*
Varun: Yeah yeah Meher di. *teasing tone*
Everyone laughed out loud.
Later that Night.
Prem: Ah okay guys, dinner time.
Preet: Yeah, I am dying to the eat food cooked by the famous chef of the country.
Prem: Arreh, anything huh?
Meher: What Prem bhaiya, he is right.You are so famous and Heer is too. I am proud of her, even after not being able to go to the restaurant how she is still maintaining her passion.
Prem: Yeah, that is true. *gave a admiring look to Heer and Heer made a funny face*
Prem was a famous chef, so was Heer and they had their own posh restaurant. But after Sneha was born, it became really difficult to manage both the kids and restaurant along with the household works for Heer. So, she now give cooking classes at home and she is doing just a great job. Meher was a well known writer. She used to write for a famous magazine and Preet was one of the finest cricketers of the country. He had a great reputation not only in his country but of course on an international level too. Maya and Herman had their own law firm and was very famous for their work in the medias too. Bakali House was full of famous personalities. Veera and Varun often used to make fun that only they were the general people in that Bakali House family. And all the other of them always used to say to the crazy pair of sibling that after completing their undergraduations, those very talented would also become celebrities. Veera would become a very famous economist, and Varun was doing great in Business studies. He would become a successful entrepreneur.
In the dinner, Prem and Heer cooked 8 dishes which were just mouth watering. Maya also made a dessert. Meher and Veera also wanted to cook but as Veera had a exam and Meher had a press conference for her magazine so Heer and Maya did not let them too. At the end of the dinner, Varun came with his made chocolate shake. Everyone enjoyed it. Varun used to help his sister in cooking, so he could make some stuffs too.
The men were gossiping and the kids were playing, suddenly the ladies took Meher to a corner.
Meher: What happened?
Veera: Meher di, tell us the report results. *excited*
Heer: Yes please, I can't wait more.
Meher: Amm...
Maya: Oh, Meher please fast na? Though we are sure but still.
All on a sudden Varun came there.
Varun: What is up ladies? Secret meeting huh? *detective look*
Veera: Uffo Varun. *irritated* Why you came here? Go.
Varun: No no, tell me also.
Heer: Varun. *giving him angry look*
Varun: Uh, okay okay. Uff these ladies.
He was about to go but Sneha came there.
Sneha: Mamu, mamu. Herman papa is searching you.
Varun: Why?
Sneha: You are going to play the guitar for Preet papa's song na?
Varun: Oh yeah, I forgot. Hey ladies, come on let us go.
Meher: Yeah yeah, Varun let us go.
Meher almost ran away from there and the other ladies made a defeated face.
They all sat together. Varun started playing the guitar and Preet started to sing the song which were very close to his and his beloved wife's heart.
Preet looked at Meher with romantic eyes and Meher gave him a soft romantic smile while blushing.

Herman held Maya's hand and Maya hid their hands with her scarf, grabbing Herman's hand tightly.

Oh ho jispe ham mar mite usko pata bhee naheeHeer, whose shy natured hubby was looking at her all through the song but could not do anything, she pulled his cheeks and laughed looking at him.
It was almost 12 at the night. Meher took Preet to a ralling side and holding his hand while enjoying the new year eve's of Mumbai city she decided to give Preet his surprise.
Meher: Preet, I was thinking we should check out if Meet's new born clothes are all right or not.
Preet: Why love? *confused*
Meher: Umm... *blushed* Because...*She took Preet's hand on her abdomen*
Preet: *Surprised* WHAAAT?!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS MEHER???!!! *going mad in happiness*
Meher nodded her head as a yes.
Just then the crackers bursted out everywhere as it was 12. Everyone screamed Happy New Year and started cracking the crackers which they all brought for the celebration. Preet hugged Meher. Both of them were emotional. They were about to experience the happiness again. The journey again. While they were hugging suddenly Meet came from behind and held the legs of his parents together like hugging them.
Meet: Mamma, Papa. Happy lew yeal. (Happy new year)
Meher and Preet broke the hug and took their son on their lap together. Just then all the others took out some pictures of babies from the box of the crackers and screamed together.
''HAPPY NEW YEAR, NEW BABY.''
Meher and Preet beamed with happiness seeing them like that and were surprised too. Meet did not understand much but he got it that a new baby will be added to their life. His eyes glowed and he clapped with happiness.
Meet: Lew babby, lew babby (New baby, new baby) *Still clapping*
Meher and Preet kissed Meet's cheeks from both sides together.
