Well don't worry, we have a small help from our Meher Juneja😎
One of her best performances so far in the show, Meher simply nailed it!!!! 😎

The scene starts when the babysitter comes to take Gungun and asks Harman to call the lady...
Everything is normal right? 😃
Actually...No😕
She called him servant...😲
And that was enough for Meher to come wih a bang!!!!!!!😃

- Excuse Me? Tumhare himmat kaise hui usse iss tarah se baat karne ki haan?
- He's not the servant, he's the son of this house!!!!
- Aur, tumhe unne servant kaha?

Yes one detail, the babysitter is Canadian, so I guess it's very hard for her to understand hindi!!!!🤣
And then our Meher begins

- Tum servant ho!!!!
Tumhara pura khaandaan servant hai!!!!
Aur agar tumhara pati hai naa, to WOH BHI SERVANT HAI
😲🤣

WELL DONE MRS JUNEJA ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR HUBBY IS LOOKING AT YOU WITH A DISAPPOINTED FACE, first you escape from his lovey dovey moments and now you're truely embarassing him!!!!🤣
Preet was like "KYA KARUN ISS LAKDI KO"? 🤣

Maria masti post 😛 I remember that. It's a remake of Kajol in K3G in England - she starts shouting in Hindi which the other does not understand.

I know this scene is funny - I probably laughed looking at others' reaction to what Meher was doing.

I dunno y but post leap the cvs made her act like dumbo sometimes. Meher in beginning was very bubbly, funny at the same time knew how to behave according to situations without shouting so much. Here she acted like someone who dunno how to behave with non Indians.

It's a similar situation when Preet was in a conference and she knew he works from home and forgot and starts to yell at him for not spending time with her. I laughed seeing Preet's reaction but wasn't really thrilled she walked in there to surprise him & his colleagues who were on vid conference.

Meet scenes before leap were just something else Athi! We got really cute preleap scenes but they were clearly not enough. Meet deserved to get more screenspace, after all it was the 2nd most important couple after Premeer. Their scenes were somehow short or rushed... 😲😕

Now coming to this scene, you got a point Athi! I only remembered the fun part and Preet being so lost. 😆
This scene also shows how Meher is really caring and protective towards her family, Harman included. 😉

They kinda killed Kis Desh essence after leap...

Now about the scene...one of the cutest post leap Meet scenes. 😆

Meher doing a K3G Kajol 😆

Now you know I don't particularly care for Herman the toothpick, but it was nice to see Meher defend a fellow family member. Both Preet and Meher were very devoted to their family...and the Junejas were all that Meher had left.

I agree...the lady who came to pick Gungun up was Canadian and had no idea what Meher was babbling about but it was fun to see anyway.

What was even better was how Preet remembered that it was Karva Chaut and promised to come home early...tried to steal a kiss but failed...poor guy. 😆

I tell you the Maan girls were so good at keeping their men at bay...it's a wonder they even had children 🤣

And remember the look on Herman's face when he asked Maya to come home early too...and she was like...yeah maybe...just take care of Arjun.

I was like...serves you right you loser...that's what you get for standing the best girl up at the mandap 😡

This episode was also a real treat, because Meet had a nice lengthy scene (counting from the bedroom to the garden) and in the following episode we got to see Preet and Meher again during the computer conference scene.

Me...I was in La La Land. 🤪

She was just being her chulbulli relaxed self.

And she was loud when she was younger too. Remember the scene at the bus depot, when she ran into Manmeet's sister. She called her a Bindu...and rolled up her sleeves and was ready to fight. 😆

Remember how she chased down the guy who mugged her at the train station and tried to steal the gold chain.

There was a serious phase after Prem was allegedly killed and she and Preet got married...but then everyone's personality changed.

But when Prem was found again...Meet could be themselves again.

Okay so maybe Meher wasn't so bright when it came to technology...like the video conference. Some of us (myself included (*cough*cough*) don't have the hang of every nick nack that's out there. And back then she probably saw video conferencing for the first time. 😆

And I don't think Preet minded so much...rather he used it as an excuse to literally pounced on her afterwards...☺️

Meher was calm and sane when needed...like advising the family not to let Ash back in the house during that whole Sneha drama...but did anyone listen...No 🤔

In short...everybody went through different moods on the show...not just my cute bubbly wubbly Mehroo...

Fatima all characters hv went thru change and weird and stupid at various times. I hv no problem calling them exactly that. It was about Meher alone on this post so I can only talk about her. Pre leap et ever she didn't come as nearly bad as this scene.
Whether Preer mind it or not - I don't appreciate Meher supposedly grown up act like she has no idea what is going on or how to behave at that particular scene.
Meher Vij did wt the script said- but I didn't want her to act as if she didn't know about the world.

You know pre-leap Meher wanted to be a lawyer...but then after marriage she just turned into the overly doting wife 😆

Plus they picturized her as someone really missing her Desh...so I guess the OTT depiction fit.
