yes i have gujrati friends who celebrate navaratri ...kalash sthapna and stuffs .. we have garba nights .. god crazy ... and our vijaya dashami means lots of sweets and bado ka ashirwaad and we get a litttle sad while bhashan ...and i don't like pooja for food as m a hardcore non vegetarian and all these days i have to live on sweets .. i maybe bengali but i don't like sweets much .. but yes we get to see lots of themes and pandals .. remember my red dragon photo?? hahaha... and yes that birendra bhadra video is full of slokes and is in our culture from 60 years ... at mahalaya .. i mean first day of poojo its mandatory in our family to wake up at 4 and listen to it on radio(i prefer to wake up at 9 and watch it on dvd) ...its funTy Aishu 😃
Over here is called Navratri - 9 days 3 different goddesses and 10th day is vijay dasami and auspicious to start new lessen or course. Music teachers are so into that I mean eastern music.My fav part is yummy treats 😳 From day 1 till the end. 😆I leaned a lot fr u. I'm gonna re read and will show to mom later 😃 And watch vid too. She'd love that.
