that is prem and heer scene when heer gained conscious after manager tried to trap her mixing something in water...bt prem reached at time and saved her and after that prem unknowing fall sleep ...

no i think i am wrong this is heer imagination that prem comes closer to her and talks to her and daljeet slaps her correct me which is right

I think it's after acting as Gaurav, Prem comes to Heer. He then says " no matter how we look separately, we look great together". This dialogue supposed reassure Heer that he is indeed Prem.
