All the girls walked to the stage.

Heer and Maya helped Meher sit down on the swing. The Mann's waited for the Juneja's to come with the Henna that was going to be applied to Meher's hand.

After about 45 minutes of waiting the Juneja's entered the Mann mansion.

Gay3 was in the front and behind her followed Veera, Lalit, and Kulraaj.

Heer's eyes searched for Prem but he was nowhere to be seen.

"Namaste, please do come in," said Teji rushing to the door where the Juneja's were standing.

"Jee Namaste behen ji the arrangements look very nice," said Gay3.

"Thank you aunty," said Heer joining in the conversation.

"Kuldi where are your two children Tanu and Shravan?" asked Heer.

"They are coming in with their Prem and Preet mamoo," replied Kulraaj "they'll bring them in soon".

Heer's heart skipped a beat when she heard that Prem will be coming.

"Are you two just going to stand at the door and talk or are you going to help with the henna?" asked Gay3.

She handed a tray to the girls who were going to do the Henna designs.

Heer walked to where Meher and Veera were sitting.

She put the tray on the table in front of the girls on the table and went to sit next to Meher.

"Heer di look how nice the henna looks," said Meher excitedly looking at her hands.

"Yes indeed they look very beautiful and I can certainly say that the colour will be very dark after all your husband loves you a lot," said Heer with a teasing smile.

Meher started blushing red.

"Arre, you don't have to blush we all know that you both love each other a lot and will be very happy together," said Heer.

"I'm very happy for you Meher," said Maya joining in the conversation.

"Thank you Maya, by the way tell me how's Harman doing? I hear that he proposed to you and you accepted," said Heer with a grin.

"Who told you that," asked Maya.

"Oh you know what I'm like I always find out stuff one way or another," said Heer.

"Haan, that's true," said Maya.

"So is it true Maya? Did Harman really propose you and did you really accept?" asked Meher.

Maya looked down and stared blushing.

"Ohhhh so that means it's true," said Meher and Heer together.

"What are you girls talking about," said Veera.

"Nothing much just talking to Maya about her wedding with Preet's best friend Harman," said Meher.

"What? Maya you are going to get married to Harman?" asked Veera.

"Veera he has proposed to her and she has accepted so hat obviously means yes," said Heer.

"Well then in that case congratulations said Veera with a big smile.

"Thank you," said Maya "by the way Heer when will you be getting married?"

"Me? Ummm I don't really know," said Heer.

"Heer if you say should I speak to my Prem baiya?" said Veera "He's also single and mom is looking for a girl that is just perfect for him.

Heer started blushing.

She didn't know what to say.

Just then two little children came running in.

"Arre Shravan, Tanu," said Veera "Where are your two mamoo's?"

"Maasi they are coming in," said Tanu.

"Ok, you two go and play," said Heer.

The kids ran off to play whilst all the people admired them.

After about 10 minutes they saw two figures approaching them.

It was Preet and Gay3.

"Arre beta the henna looks very nice," said Gay3.

"Ma, the colour will come out very dark won't it," asked Preet.

"Of course it wills after all you love Meher a lot don't you?" asked Gay3.

"Preet, where is Prem bhaiya?" asked Veera.

"He's over there with the kids," said Preet.

Heer glanced to see Prem was playing with Shravan and Tanu.

She thought wow he is really handsome.

"Heer, Heer, where are you lost?" asked Teji.

"No where ma, just remembered something," said Heer.

"Ok, leave the thinking aside for some time and get your henna done," said Teji.

"Ji ma," said Heer obediently.

Heer took glances of Prem every now and then, she just

couldn't take her eyes of him.

After 2 hours all the girls had got their henna done.

The designs all looked gorgeous.

All the girls one by one showed Teji and Gay3 their designs.

Teji and Gay3 looked at them were amazed at how beautiful their hands looked.

"Meher you show your hands first as it is your day," said Heer and the rest agreed.

Next Heer showed her hands.

Like this everyone showed their designs.

Heer's henna was starting to dry so everyone asked her to dance to a song.

"Heer, please sing a song," pleaded Veera.

"Not today Veera it's the henna ceremony today," said Heer.

"Please Heer, Prem bhaiya might get impressed," said Veera.

"Veera did you say anything," asked Prem who was passing by with a drink.

"No Prem bhaiya, by the way meet Heer she is Meher bhabhi's sister," said Veera.

Prem who had no seen Heer until now was gobsmacked at her beauty.

He thought "wow I have never seen a girl as beautiful as her, she is an angel"

Heer too thought the same.

They both walked opposite ways but couldn't get each other's picture out of their heads.

"So Heer it is a yes?" asked Veera hopefully.

"Ok I will sing," said Heer nervously.

"What song are you going sing Heer," asked Kulraaj.

"Heer didi please sing Yeh Ladka Hai Allah from KKKG," said Meher.

"Ok, but you will have to join in to," said Heer as she sat next to her.

"Ok,we all will," said Meher.

As Heer was singing Prem was stealing glances.

He had never felt this way about a girl before.

But he knew this was the start of something new.

"That's it it's enough for today and any way it's the sangeet tomorrow you there will be lots of singing and dancing then," said Heer.

Everyone agreed.

Prem was astonished by her cleverness.

"Ma i need to leave," said Prem walking over to where Heer and gay3 were standing.

"Ok beta go safely," said Gay3.

"ji ma," said Prem looking at Heer.

"Bye ma and bye miss...,"said Prem

"Heer, my name is Heer Maan," said Heer.

"Bye Miss Maan, pleasure meeting you," said Prem.

"Same her," said Heer.

Prem walked out of the mansion.

Heer was left staring at the door.

The night passed with everyone having fun and enjoying themselves.

Here Heer was lost in prems thoughts and on the other hand Prem was in the same condition.

They just could remove each other from their minds...
