Prem was looking into her eyes. Those eyes which always captivate him. Those eyes which are a mirror of her heart. Those almond shaped eyes in which he always wanted to be drowned.
But these eyes were in tears now which he didn't liked ever. His heart was sinking realizing the pain in his eyes. He can't stand with that for a second because her pain hurt him 100 times more.
Prem: please rona bandh karo Heer. Main tumhari ankhon mein aansoo nahin dekh sakta.
His hands were still cupping her face. She stopped crying and was still looking in his chocolate brown eyes.
Prem: tum kya janna chahti ho Heer? mein tumhare har sawal ka jawab dene ke liye taiyar hoon.Mujhe Nihal ne bataya tha ki usne tumhe Veera ke bare mein bataya hai par tumne uski poori baat nahin suni..
Heer: Haan kyunki mujhe apne sawalon ke jawab tumse chahiye. Tumne mujhe us waqt kyun nahin bataya ki Veera zinda hai?
She didn't let him complete his words and asked him.
Prem: veera ki halat us waqt bahut kharab thi Heer. Wo buri tarah se jal chuki thi khud doctors bhi ye nahin bata sakte the ki wo zinda rahegi ya nahin aur tum sab ne ye maan liya tha ki woh mar chuki hai. Agar mein ye baat tumhe batata aur agar wo nahin bachti to tumhe zyada taqleef hoti. Wo is halat mein nahin thi Heer ki koi use dekh sake tumse bardasht nahin hota aur mein tumhe dard nahin dena chahta tha.
She was just listening to him controlling the water in his eyes.
Heer: Isliye tumne mujhse itni badi baat chupayi Prem ham ek doosre se har baat share karte the na. Har khushi har gham hamne saath milkar baanta tha.to phir...
Prem: I am sorry Heer par mere paas us waqt aur koi rasta nahin tha aur hamare beech dooriyan a chuki thi Heer. Tum mujhse door ho rahi thi aur uske baad...
He was about to break down in front of her he thought that Heer will get angry now remembering that incident which happened before 6 years but much to his surprise she didn't do that and slowly cupped his face.
Silenced grew in the room and both of them were lost in each other's eyes. Both of them were cupping each other's face. and their faces were some centimeters apart.
After sometime they realised the situation and removed their hands from each other's face. The situation became awkward for them. They realised how close they were.
They came back to their normal position and lowered their eyes. Suddenly another question came in Heer's mind.
Heer: par jab Veera theek ho gayi thi to tum gharwalon ko to sabkuch bata sakte the na. Wo toh aaj bhi yahi samajhte hain ki Veera is duniya mein nahin hai. tumne unhe kuch kyun nahin bataya?
she asked looking at him but he was still looking down.
Prem: Uske liye yahi acha hai.
Heer: Main kuch samjhi nahin Prem.
Prem: main tumhare is sawal ka jawab nahin de sakta Heer. Kuch baatein aisi hain jo tum nahin janti aur wo baatein tumhe dard ke alawa aur kuch nahin dengi. Main ab tumhari aankhon mein aur aansoo nahin bardasht kar sakta.
He was still looking down. Heer decided to ask him after sometime and wait for the right time when he will himself tell her and she know that day will come. So she decided to change the topic.
Heer: wo Prem main tumse maafi mangna chahti hoon. Kal maine shiv mandir mein tumse jo kuch bhi kaha wo nahin kehna chahiye tha I am really sorry Prem.
Prem: Its ok Heer maine us bare mein socha to mujhe laga ki agar mein tumhari jagah hota to main bhi yahi karta. waise main tumse maafi mangna chahta hoon kal raat maine tumse nashe mein kuch zyada hi bol diya I am really sorry for that.
Heer: Its ok Prem mein......
Prem:No its not ok for me. Mein Geet ko bhi apne saath room mein le gaya aur mein nahin janta ki uske baad kya hua. Pata nahin kal raat maine uske saath kaisa behave kiya mujhe usse bhi mafi mangni hogi.
Heer: Uski koi zaroorat nahin hai Prem kyunki kal raat Geet tumhare saath nahin thi.
Prem: kya? tum kehna kya chahti ho?
He looked at her in shock as he don't know what she was saying.
Heer: kal raat tumhare saath Geet nahin main thi.
Prem looked at her in disbelief. She just said that she was with him whole night in a room.
Prem: ah...I m sorry mujhe drink karne ke baad kuch yaad nahin rahta. I hope maine tumhare saath misbehave na kiya ho.
he said looking in her eyes as if he wants to assure that he didn't misbehaved with her.
Heer: nahin! You didn't misbehaved with me.
Hearing that he felt relieved and smiled a bit.the way she responded to him was a good sign for him and that a little bit increases his hope of getting her back in his life forever.
There was still silence in the room. both of them were sitting beside each other but they were feeling awkward. They don't know how to initiate the conversation. They eagerly wanted to talk to each other but didn't utter a single word because of that awkwardness.
just then they heard a knock on the door. Prem stood up from his place and opened the door.It was Veera.
Veera: I hope maine aap logon ko disturb na kiya ho.
Prem and Heer exchanged a look. They don't know how to react on this.
Veera: bhaiya aap to bhabhi ko aise dekh rahe ho jaise maine aapka ek bahut romantic moment spoil kar diya ho.
and she giggled a bit.
Veera: acha ab zyada pareshan hone ki zaroorat nahin hai main to aap logon ko sirf lunch ke liye bulane aayi thi. ab jaldi chaliye warna khana thanda ho jayega.
Heer stood up from the bed and all 3 of them went to the dining table. when they were on their way Heer was thinking about the change in Veera. She was not behaving like she used to behave earlier. She has become very sweet and nice.She was arrogant and rude before but she didn't showed a single sign of arrogant and rude behavior now.
All of them ate the lunch silently except Veera she was continuously speaking telling them the beautiful moments of her life in past 6 years. Prem and Heer were listening to it with a smile but Geet's mind was not present there she was thinking of her next plan to reunite Prem and Heer.she was wishing in her mind that the first step she had taken should be successful.
After the lunch Prem and Heer went in the room and took a little nap while the scene was quite different in Veera and Nihal's room.
Veera was shouting at Nihal she was sounding irritated. She showed this behaviour first time in these 6 years.
Nihal: Kya baat hai veera tum is tarah kyun chilla rahi ho?
Veera: wahi to Nihal! akhir kya baat hai? main janna chahti hoon ki akhir tum sab mujhse kya chupa rahe ho? tumhe kya lagta hai main dekh nahin sakti ki bhaiya aur bhabhi ke beech mein kitni dooriyan hai? wo dono ek doosre ki taraf dekh bhi nahin rahe. bhaiya aur bhabhi ke chehre par hansi to hai par wo khush nahin hai!
Nihal: aisi koi baat nahin hai Veera
he tried to calm her down.
Veera: jhooth! aajtak tumne jo kaha maine aankh band karke uspar yakeen kiya par ab nahin. tumhe meri kasam nihal please mujhe batao ki tumlog mujhse kya chupa rahe ho?
Now he was helpless so he decided to tell her everything he made her sit on the corner of the bed and himself sat on the floor in front of her he took her hands in his hands and told her everything.
Veera:tumlogon ne itni badi baat mujhse chupayi! ye sab!
she was feeling short of words she don't know what to say and what to do.
Veera: wo Geet.....uski shadi Prem bhaiya ke saath! 6 saal mere bhaiya aur bhabhi ek doosre se door the us Ashlesha ki wajah se! the so called friend of mine! uske ek natak ki wajah se bhaiya aur bhabhi aaj itne door ho gaye!
She was feeling frustrated as she can't do anything for them. But she decided that whatever she can she will do to reunite them. She went out of the room and quickly went to the guest room.

Heer was lying on the bed and Prem was sleeping on the sofa. She can't sleep whenever she closes her eyes the happenings from last one day flashed in her mind. Atlast she stood up and looked at Prem.He was shivering as he don't have a blanket and the room's A.C. was on.
~FLASHBACK~
Prem: Please let me switch on the A.C.!
He pleaded to her and then switched on the A.C.
Heer: No!
and she tried to grab the remote from him but in vain.
Heer: Prem! bahar itni barish ho rahi hai hum dono poore bheege hue hain tum kaanp rahe ho phir bhi A.C.
Prem: please Heer I can't sleep without A.C. Pleaseeeeeeee
he pleaded making a puppy cute face.
Heer: Par tumhe thand lag jayegi Prem!
He grabbed her from her waist and both of them fell on the bed.
Heer: Prem ye kya kar rahe ho?
He was on top of her.
Prem: Khud ko thand se bacha raha hoon.
he answered with a smirk.
Heer: matlab?
she acted like she don't know what he meant.
Prem: matlab!
He smiled mischieviously and then covered himself and her in a blanket completely.
~FLASHBACK ENDS~
Heer was smiling while remembering that moment. She again looked at him he was still shivering she silently went out of the bed and took the blanket as she didn't want to disturb him. Then she covered him with the blanket and sat on the floor looking at him.
