have no idea why, but it feels like i woke up filled with lots and lots and lots of overwhelming pheelings. and i just want to talk and talk and talk about them. i really have no idea why. 😕

i wanted very badly to put up one memory of mine, for the longest time. but since my mod-am khushi never put up the rtms *booooo hoooooo!!! 😭* that reached up to that moment of mine, i'm gonna have to do caps. which takes me a long time.

shiv mandir #1

just a few, but some of the more beautiful first shots that i can remember from the show...



i guess everyone knows this, but i have zero religion in my upbringing. but one of the most convincing depictions of a person's faith in a god has been whenever heer has gone to shiv mandir to ''chat'' with her god. it was a nice relationship she shared -- deep and full of conviction. just as much conviction as she had in prem.

and what i loved about prem was how much he was just drawn to heer. without knowing her. without knowing about her. without knowing she still lived. he was compelled by her.

'cause remember -- he stood at a far-off corner and heard her broken prayers and her soft crying. and he remembered each and everything she said then. and repeated it to her as evidence that she had been lying to him that day that she claimed to the police that she was guilty of running a prostitution racket in his hotel.



i never saw this episode when it first aired.

but now, the show's over, and somedays, when i don't have a million people asking me to do a million different things, i lie back and i ... remember.

i remember such little moments. remember the amazing ideas that it had. remember how it got told with such amazing clarity despite the lousy production and the sloppy editing.

i remember what a remarkable love story we got to see.

gaaah. i'm still obsessed with this show, amn't i?

E!!🤗 I guess we all are obsessed with this show...and u have a gifted talent of putting urs into words...and make people obsessed with ur beautiful depiction of this already beautiful love story..

hmm..need to see that epi again where he repeated her words after she was arrested..r u talking abt the Jail scene where he says " kyon kiya tumne aisa"..??
*sigh...that scene*..

And i really liked the way heer cried here..I mean AG as an actress..in that character...so girlish yet so strong..

loved how much she believed in her belief of god..that was really a beautifully enacted scene...thanks E for reminding us abt this now..

I didn't see this episode either, when it aired, but when I went back and watched it, I was astounded at how perfect, and how NON-BT it was. Sometimes, I can't help but feel pity for the production house. I don't think they even realised what a masterpiece it created, that has fans still obsessed months after the show has ended.
