Chapter 14

As they left the Passport office Prem swung his car towards the citie's elite shopping mall where JM textiles show room situated.He parked the car at VIP section and opened Heer's door.Heer looked around in confusion

"Prem …hum..yahaan.."

"chalo Heer" his tone was firm as he held her by wrist and Heer went with him in a confused state.Prem and Heer went to Prem's cabin.He took the intercom and asked his PS to come.

"Mrs .Saxena…She is Heer Singhaniya…our new Designer.."

"my pleasure to meet you Ma'm" Mrs.Saxena extended her hands and Heer took it with a smile

"Mrs.saxena…main chahtha hoon ki aap Ms.Heer keliye western cloths ka ek wardrobe ki arrangement kare…Please.."

Heer stood there gaping at Prem …'western dresses…oh God..!!"

"come this way Ma'm.."Heer was brought out of her shock by Mrs.saxena..She looked at Prem who motioned her to go along…

'aap ek minute wait kar sakthe hai Mrs.saxena…I'll.." be coming"

"Sure Ma'm."

Heer turned to Prem…."Prem yeh sub kya hai…main…"

"western kapde nahi pehente…..yahi kehna hai na…."

"ha..aapko pata hai aur phir bhi aap…….."

Prem came and stood before Heer…."Heer ..it is important to dress according to the situation .Tum ab JM Industries ki ek hissa ho.Tumhe dekhne wale Heer ko nahi,,JM Industries ko dekhta hai.and I have a reputation to keep up.so…."

Heer was shocked to see Prem being so arrogant …she mumbled "main jaisi thee waisi theek thi…"with lowered head. Prem placed his hands on her shoulders making her tearing eyes to look up into his"Heer wo baat JM Industries ki CEO ka tha…tumhe pata hai ki kal meri saamne tumhari insult huyi aur main kuch bhi nahi kar saka….mujhe dard hota hai Heer.."He turned abruptly"pata nahi kyu….lekin….I did'nt sleep last night…tum samaj rahi ho na.."he couldn't put his feelings in words…

Heer stood still….she knew very well that Prem was very much angry last day…but he was hurt too…she went up to him…"Mrs.saxena wait kar rahi hogi ..main jaoo?"

Prem looked at Heer who was smiling through tears…upon impulse he hugged her tightly….

When Heer was checking out her dresses ,Prem called some one...After 2 hrs…Prem said.

"Mrs.saxena aap ye luggage mere car main rakhwa dijiye…"

"thank you Deepthiji…..aap ne mujhe bohot help kiya..thank you so much.."Heer hugged Mrs.saxena.

"my pleasure Heer beta…"she smiled and patted Heer's cheeks.

Prem stood still seeing the tough and gruff Mrs.saxena mellowing into a mother hen in front of Heer.

As they reached the car Prem's phone rang…."ha..we'll be reaching shortly.."

Prem opened the door for heer and jogged to his side.The ride was silent as both were feeling awkward after their impulsive hug……

To her surprise Heer had responded to his action .As Prem hugged her , her hands went instinctively around him pressing herself close to him.her hands went up to his neck ,fingers dugging into his hair.His head was buried in her nape of neck….they had parted with great difficulty and before Prem could gather words to say any thing Heer turned and fled from the cabin .

Suddenly Prem pulled over inside a building and got out.

"Heer baahar aao.."

"Prem ab yeh konsi jagah hai.."Heer asked exasperated and got out.

A girl of 16-17yrs was coming running towards Prem.She hugged him tightly and Prem too embraced her….Heer was stopped in her tracks as an unfamiliar tug pulled her heart…"why would she feel like this when another girl hugs him….lekin wo office main…may be that was a friendly hug…was it? …who is this girl?…may be his girlfriend…"A lot of questions were popping up in Heer's mind.

"So this is your new designer….umm… not bad…."she inspected Heer and said in a serious tone.

Heer felt awkward and looked at the girl..She came to Heer and extended her hand

"hi Iam Sneha Juneja…"As she said her face lit up suddenly burst out laughing.Heer was still dazed.

"Di..aap khabra gaye…main Sneha hoon Mr.Prem juneja ki one and only sister..wo main aapko surprise dena chahthi thi…main to aapse milne keliye taras gayi thi..roz maa, bauji aur mere bhayya…aap ke bare mai hi baat karte hai..ki Heer yeh …Heer wo….kya jaadu chalaya hai aap humsab par…"

Heer instantly liked her."are chutki….main inhe laaya hoo ab tumhi sambhalna…"

"okay bhayya..aap mere car leke office jaayiye aur intezar kijiye"

Sneha took a bewildered Heer's hand and dragged her to a building where a board hung'Ladies beauty parlor'. As they moved in Sneha turned back and Hifived Prem who winked at her.

Sneha was looking at Heer in awe…"Preet bhayya theek hi keh rehe the ..she is a gem"

There stood heer..with her long hair ,straightened and bangs curled,her face glowing perfectly accounting her beautiful wide eyes…she was wearing black leggings and yellow sleeveless embellished top with sequine works…

"wow Heer di..you look gorgeous"Sneha exclaimed as she put on matching jeweleries on Heer "aap itni khoobsoorat thi…iska andaza aap ko ho gaya na..?"

Heer was feeling very shy but spoke up."yeh sub tum donon ki set up tha?"

"Do nahi Di….char"Sneha said animatedly and Heer was shocked…

"char!!..tum…Prem…aur..?"

"Preeet aur Ma..!"

"kya Gayathri aunty bhi..?!!"Sneha giggled at Heer's horrified expression.

"ab hum seedha JM Empire chalenge,aap ke Boss se milenge aur phir sath main Man mansion jaayenge okay…."

Heer held out her hands and dropped to her sides…."aaj mere bas main kuch hai kya?!!"

Prem was busy checking a file and highlighting the points He heard some one knock on his door and said with out looking up.

"come in"

After two seconds he heard someone giggle and raised his eyes.He didn't know ..how much time he tok to react……It was Sneha who was shaking Prem"Bhayya….atleast mooh to bandh karlo…acha nahi lagtha"

Prem was drinking the sight of heer…in her new attire…she exuded pure sensual beuty..her face glowed with a pink blush as she looked at Prem.kajal high lightened her wide eyes and the out fit ..it just fit her perfectly at right curves ..

Heer blushed hard at Prem's stare.

"wo..umm. .Iam sorry.. Prem tried to gather his thoughts …"kya bhayya…Heer di ab kaisi lag rahi hai"

Prem was drowning in her eyes as a word slipped out.."beautiful"……

Rest of the day Prem Juneja was a lost man …A man who succumbed to the fatal attraction he felt for Heer.

"Ha Preet bhayya …we'll be there in a few mts…"Sneha said in the Phone as Prem swerved the car to Mann mansion.Sneha had called Gayathri and Preet about the success of their Plan and the Junejas had come to Mann's….Sneha ran inside as soonas they got there.Prem opened the door for Heer and held out his hand.Heer was very shy..and tensed .she hesitantly put her hand in his and got out.She moved to the mansion but Prem pulled her to his side and held her close…"tum bohot khoobsoorat lag rahi ho…kya meri effort ke liye thanks bhi nahi kahoge…."

Heer gave him a shy smile and took a small step to Prem. Before Prem could realise she propped on her toes and pressed her lips in his cheek.Prem was surprised and pleased…

"ab chale..all are waiting for you"They walked hand in hand till the main door.

A collective gasp was their first reaction…Preet stood with his mouth open with Sneha giggling by his side,Veera and Balraj had an amused expression ,Gayathri all smiles and Ash with an unbelievable look.

Heer felt awkward at their staring..she looked at Prem who winked at her.

"Heer di yeh aap hai?!!!"Preet came to her and touched her cheeks dramatically…All except Ash laughed at Preet's gesture."tumhi ne yeh Idea diya hoga na..Preet?"Veera asked."Nahi maa yeh to sirf aur sirf PB ki credit hai…who kitne rehersal karke ek dialogue by heart ki aur this is the result.."Heer looked at Prem in surprise.Preet noted it "are di aap kya samajthi thi..yeh script mera tha aur bechare PB dil pe pather rakhke wo sab kaha aapse ha..haha"

Gayathri came forward and put kajal behind her neck"bohot soni lag rahi hai…kisi ki nazar na lage"Evry one agreed but Ash just stomped into her room throwing a hard look at Prem who had no one in front of him but Heer….

In the night Heer called Meher.They speak to each other almost everyday.Meher was in her high spirits "Heer di…kaisi ho…aaj main bohot khush hoo ..di..aapko pata hai…meri sapna poora hone jaa raha hai..Hitler aur Mayi mujhe medical keliye London bhej rahi hai…"

"are sach…yeh to bohot acha hua..kab jaa rahi ho…"

"wo Mayi ki leave application sanction hote hi..kya hai na mujhe inhe yahaan chodke jaana manzoor nahi tha aur mrei emotional blackmailing main Hitler flat….!"

"bohotacha kiya..aur kya baat hai?"

"Di aap batayiye…wo kya naam bataya…aapke ..Boss…ha..Prem…"she asked innocently"kaisa hai vo?"Heer blushed "wo wo theek hai."Then she narrated how Prem ,Preet and Sneha..did that day.

"wow di meri aankhon maim khujli ho rahi hai aapko dekhe bina…aur mujhe yeh khushbu kahaan se aa rahi hai"meher started sniffing through the phone

"are tujhe kya hogaya..kaisi khushbu..!!?"

"wo Pyar ki khushbu di….ab aap hi batao main Mr Prem ko bhyya bulau ya jiju!!!?"

Heer was horrified at Meher's implication."chup kar…. kuch bhi bole jaa rahi hai ..waise Prateek uncle theek hi keh raha tha…teri zuban aaj kal zyada chalne lagi hai"

"di aap baat ko taalo mat"

"kya Meher ..tum bhi na…acha main Phone rakhtha hoo"

Ash was fuming…"how dare she…an orphan …she want to be a part of MY family..mere parivaar ko apni ungliyon pe nacha rahi hai….Preet to uske aage peeche hi ghoomte hai..apni behn ke liye uske pas time nahi hai….aur Sneha ..use kya hogaya….India aayi to mujhse mila nahi… us Heer ki bachi ko parlor le gayi…"She couldn't believe that her mom and dad got floored by Heer."I didn't expect this from them,aur Gayathri aunti ko jaisi ek aur beti milgayi ho aur ..aur..Prem….

Ash never had feelings for Prem before. Prem had never interacted with her before. .Infact she have never seen Prem taking intrest in a girl…in every party they attended she had seen girls pushing themselves on Prem but he just remained aloof….But the Prem she saw nowadays was a different one.He had eyes only for heer .Ash had noticed the way he looked Heer and she felt humiliated.She had seen anger in Prem's eyes when she taunted Heer and it amused her but today !!! Prem just transformed her into a beauty.!!!Ash felt like Prem insulted her indirectly. But she could do nothing .
