Preet (gave her a glass of water…..) – Meher, I know what all happened few hours ago was something that you have not even imagined in your wildest dreams……. But plz, I don't want to loose your friendship……,

Meher was still scared because of that dream…….

Preet – (on hearing no response from meher, said) – I think you are tired & need some rest….. (He took pillow & a blanket & headed for the coutch to sleep)

Meher was shocked to see, this action of preet's

Meher – preet , what are you doing?

Meher was guilty of what she had thought of preet few minutes ago….

Preet – I think we need time to accept this relation, so…..

Meher – there's enough of space on this bed for both of us…. I know that you will never do anything against my wish, & if I hadn't trust you; I would have never came into this room……

Preet was happy to see that meher trusted him so much…….. He moved to the bed & they both went to sleep………..

Next morning... meher found herself sleeping in preet's arms….(she had rolled towards him in sleep….

Preet also woke up & they were looking at each other when thet heard a knock on the door…..

Meher stood up to open the door…..

Preet – meher wait a minute!

Meher – stood there puzzeled…

Preet – spread the sindoor that was there on her forehead with his thumb… (meher couldn't understand this)

Preet – now open the door…..

Heer was standing at the door when meher opened the door…..

Heer – why did you take so long to open the door? How was your night? Hummmm…. Looking at your sindoor it seems very well….

Meher was not at all in the mood of answering those nonsense questions…

Heer – you & preet come down for the puja….. (heer gave her sari to wear & told that from today onwards she had to wear dresses as now she is the daughter-in-law of the house….. (She was really frustrated & wasn't happy at all)

Preet was waiting down for the puja but meher purposely came late… she had worn sari but had not applied sindoor…. Had not worn her mangalsutra….

She came down & all were shocked…. Preet somehow managed the situation after the puja….

Preet – meher married ladies always applies sindoor… (& he took some of the sindoor from the tika which was applied on his forehead in his right thumb & then applied on her forehead)

Meher didn't like it… but didn't say anything…

Meher was very upset as to how she will tell all that has happened to r.j & her parents…

She thought that what will r.j's parents think when they will come to know that meher is married & what if media comes to know that khandelwal family's youngest daughter is married……. & worst of all how will preet react when he will come to know that she is not mausam but ranjeet khandelwal's daughter meher….

Meher – oh god! How much ever I try to get out of this situation, more & more I am getting into it.

Preet on the other hand thought how meher will react when she will come to know about my deeds, my plan, she always considered me as a friend… & I was the one who had put it into heer's mind that we both love each other. But now I won't lie to her; I don't want to start my new relationship on the basis of some lies… I will tell her all the truth…… & what ever punishment she will give me I will accept it…. So he decided to tell meher the truth that day.

r.j called meher….

r.j – meher I want to meet you urgently!

Meher – what's the matter?

r.j – I cannot tell you on phone, I am in Delhi; I have come here just to meet you.

Meher – alright r.j I am coming. (Before going she made sure there is no sindoor on her forehead & no mangalsutra, just to make sure r.j doesn't know all this)

Meher went to r.j's room in a hotel…..

Meher – I don't have that much time, tell me fast.

r.j – how are you?

Meher – (she for the first time couldn't share with r.j that she was not fine, she wasn't ready for the marriage, & yet this destiny had showed her this day… but she couldn't tell the lie to r.j so she decided not to say anything at the moment) you have called me here to ask this question?

r.j – no… I have called you to show you something..(he took out some photographs from his pocket…. & showed it to meher….meher was shocked to see them…)

meher – from where have you got this?

r.j – I got this when I had been to a remote village of Maharashtra for buying a land for our new factory… just 2 days ago..

meher – what just 2 days ago, & that too in the remote village of Maharashtra…. This can't be true…..

r.j – I have seen this from my own eyes…… I had known that you won't believe me so I have got these proofs for you….

Meher – but, how can a dead person is alive?

r.j – believe me meher prem juneja is alive…. & I have seen him…..

meher – if what you are saying is true than why is he not coming home……

r.j – that is what we have to find out? But the main problem is - how to disclose this truth to the family as heer is married now, & that to his younger brother…what's his name?

meher – preet, but relax heer is not married to him….

r.j – what? But you said so…

meher – ther's a long story will tell you later… now I am getting late.. Will talk to you on phone…..

Pret had come home …..He searched for meher everywhere but he couldn't find her…. He sat depressed on the bed…..

Meher entered the room as she saw preet she was nervous & scared as to what answers she will give to preet's questions…. She looked at the watch…

Meher – preet, you came so early from the office today?

Preet as he heard meher's voice looked up…. He just hugged meher tightly…

Preet – I thought I lost you again….. Please don't leave me meher …..I can't live without you…..

Meher was shocked to hear this….. She just looked at preet…he had tears in his eyes….also a lots of love, insecurity, and fear all because of her…

Preet (cupped meher's face in his hands) – I love to meher, you are the need of my life… I can't imagine my life without you…I don't know when I started loving you…. When we fought, when you supported me or when we had spent time together…. & this love of mine is growing deeper & deeper day by day second by second….if I have to live without you it's better that I die….

Meher (placed her finger on his lips…) – ssshhhh; don't you dare say that, nothing will ever happen to you till I am with you …. & I will always be with you…..

They both hugged each other…..

Meher's phone ranged….tring…Tring….. It was r.j that was calling her…..

As meher tried to free herself from preet's arms to attend the phone… preet tighten his grip on meher… he pushed some hairs at the back to meher's ears, than traced his thumb from her left check to her chin… meher liked it…she was responding to him…. she forgot everything & remembered only preet…. They spend a wonderful moment together……..
