scroll down and u can find avatar link>u copy and paste the link of the animation and submit

When Prem was in Canada , studying , there was a girl in his college Sanjana Rampal who was Prem's friend and she loved PREM but Prem did not love her.When Sanjana told Prem she loved him , he told her that he did not love her because (I am not sure abt the reason but I think it was..)
he had someone like Heer in his mind and Sanjana was not like the girl he wanted.After listening that Prem did not love her she left in anger and had an accident.Rishab was his bro and he was angry at Prem because of whom his sister went into coma.Prem got the news that Sanjana committed suicide and is now dead but he was not told that she is alive ( in coma) and he felt guilty for what he said to her.
