I think Prem will ask her how she feels, feel her forehead, will notice she still got high fever, and then gonna make her lie down on the bed..give her medication, In the meantime Meher will showup, and Prem will ask her to take care of Heer...And then he will leave.... He might say the same dialogue to heer again "Tum Apna Khayaal Nahi Rakhti" etc.

I think she will faint but due to weakness and stress and not because of pregnancy..I dont want her to be pregnent so soon/..
