Heer finish feeding Krishna and calls the number which she missed answering.
Prem picks up his cell phone…
Prem: Hello
Heer/Panchi: Few minute ago, I've got a miss call from this number…
Prem: Sorry Miss… I don't know what you are talking about maybe some confusion (suddenly Prem remembers Vishal using his phone) are you by any chance Mrs. Vishal Dasgupta?
Heer/Panchi: Yes, but how do you know?
Prem: Actually during my meeting with Mr. Dasgupta he used my phone to call you maybe after his cell phone batteries died on him.
Heer/Panchi: Oh! Sorry about the trouble of confusion I cost and are you still with my husband Mr. (Prem interrupts Heer/Panchi)
Prem: Prem Juneja
Heer drop the phone after hearing Prem's name…
Every little memories of Prem rushes through Heer's mind…
Prem continued saying hello…
Heer picks up the phone hears Prem saying "Hello" then disconnects the phone by saying "how will I face my past and the love of my life all over again with this new avatar I chose to follow in life after I found out that I was pregnant with his child? How will he react when he learns the truth?" Heer continued mumbling to herself…
Prachi returns back with Sunaina who is eating ice cream…
Prachi notice a fear Heer/Panchi who picks up Krishna in her arms and leaves with Sunaina following her…
Prachi looked confused, but stayed quiet…
Later in the evening, everyone is gathered at Dasgupta place…
Vishal arrived from work…
Sunaina runs into her father's arm saying "Papa, Mummy looks upset after we came back from Prachi Chachi's place".
Sunaina ran away from her father before he can question her.
Vishal reaches up to his room and finds Panchi/Heer getting dress in beautiful designer wear which is teal-green. Vishal looked memorizes by the beauty of Heer and without thinking he touched her back which shocked Heer; and she moved sideway.
Heer/Panchi: What are you doing Vishal?
Vishal feels guilt: I'm sorry… I forgot that you are my friend than my wife.
Heer/Panchi: It's okay
Heer leaves from the room to get fresh air…
Vishal confirmed his feelings for Heer to himself and feels guilt for his behavior/actions… but doesn't understand why Heer over reacted…
Heer silently looked at the moon and whisper to herself: I miss you Prem… Please ek baar I want to see you and feel you… just once (tear rolled down Heer's face).
Someone touches Heer from behind and she turns around in fear.
Heer/Panchi: Mummyji
Prerna: Yeah… it's me! What's wrong? Why are you sweating of fear?
Heer/Panchi: Nothing!
Heer leaves from there leaving Prerna confused and she mumbles to herself "who is Prem?" she heard Panchi mumbling someone's name which she never heard in her life, but decided to stay quiet at the moment.
Heer hugs Prachi and her family by welcoming them inside their house.
Proteek comes and stands beside his Bhabhi, but keeps on starring at his soon-to-be-wife Prachi.
Prachi keeps her head bowed down which irritated Proteek a-little.
The event was going great. Sunaina does an item number on "You Are My Sonia" from Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham with her best friend Vicky.
Everyone clapped and cheered for Sunaina even her Chachu joined her on the dance floor along with his dearest Bhabhi.
Panchi smiled, but worried about Prachi…
Preet comes into Prem's room and gives him a black shirt to wear. Prem takes the shirt and changes into it afterwards leave toward Dasgupta's place, but he was surprise to notice they live beside each other so he walked toward the entrance.
Heer/Panchi: Proteek I am not going to dance.
Proteek: Come' on Bhabhi it's my sangeet.
Heer/Panchi: Make your brother dance not me.
Proteek: Everyone knows how bad bro dances so you must be better than him.
Vishal: Hey!
Proteek: Shut up dude!
Prachi interrupts: Please Bhabhi for me!
Heer/Panchi couldn't say no so she agreed to dance on the song which Sunaina picked. Everyone cheered Heer/Panchi.
Both Prerna and Vishal smiled, but Heer looked hurt remembering those moments with Prem and in fact today is both Prem and her son's birthday.
Heer closed her eyes and take a deep breathe…

Security guards don't let Prem inside without invitation while Heer twirls fast in circles. Sunaina decides to play tag in the garden with her friend Vishal so they leave toward the garden.
Prem: Please inform Mr. Vishal Dasgupta Prem Juneja is here and he will understand.
Security guards: We have seen many of your types who want to be part of a lavish party like the Dasgupta.
Security guards doesn't listen to Prem and Prem was about to leave in furiously, but Sunaina heard the argument and rushes toward them.

Prachi joins Heer/Panchi on the dance floor with her friends as the back dancers.

Prem thanked Sunaina and feels strange feeling that tonight his wish will be granted. Heer/Panchi continues twirling so fast in circle that she loose balance and was about to fall, but two strong arms catches her from falling. Heer slowly lifts up her eyes to meet those eyes who caught her from falling and Prem looked more shock of excitement. Heer was still daze after she saw Prem holding her and for the moment everything stopped for them. Both of their souls appear in front of them.

Heer's soul twirls around Prem/Heer with excitement even Prem's soul comes close to Heer's soul; touches her on the shoulders.
Heer's soul and Prem's soul disappear while they still look into each other. Suddenly Vishal touches Heer and breaks the eye-locking moment between them. Heer quickly removes her hand from Prem's upper arms and runs awhile leaving everyone in shock mostly Prem.

Prem: Woh kaun thi? (Who was she?)
Vishal: My wife Panchi
Sunaina pulls on her father sherwani…
Vishal looks at Sunaina…
Vishal: Kya hai Sunaina?
Sunaina: Papa you won't believe Rishi Bhaiyya wasn't letting Prem Uncle inside until I said he was your business partner.
Vishal smiled
Vishal: Thank you and I'm sorry Prem about the misunderstanding.
Prem: It's okay
Vishal: Please come inside…
Prem: Some other time not right now. Please!
Vishal: Fine, but thank you for coming.
Prem turns to leave, but then say "can I use the rest room?"
Vishal: Sunaina take Prem Uncle upstairs…
Sunaina nods her head and leads him upstairs halfway because Vicky comes to call Sunaina and she leaves. Prem wanders around the hallway until he hears some sobbing coming from a room.
Heer cries non-stop on the balcony while cuddling Krishna in her arms saying to the moon "thanks for granting my wish, but how will I face Prem. How will Prem reacts to the news that people here calls me Panchi not Heer? Also how will he react to the news when he learns that we have a kid together? I mean how will he take the news that Krishna is our son?" "Just speak out your heart and your Prem will understand you" Heer turns around and terrified to see Prem standing behind her with several questions in his mind.
