it will become mother son love story bcoz if u see 17th april episode prem was upset & gayatri came & he kissed on her hand ,this is for sure he will not GO AGAINST GAYATRI ,remember preemer r not normal couple & their lovestory is eternal & their lovestory is intact bcoz they r together so far no matter what & that's the main themne creatives r gonna mess with . what will be amazing to watch is prem choosing heer over everything ,then it will be PREEMER LOVESTORY ,which is not gonna happen 😔.
