He Might Be Giving Her Some Medicine Which Could Make Her Better But I Did Think Maybe He Was Doing It To Make Her Ill Which Would Let Him Stay For Longer Because If She Doesnt Get Better In Three Months Then He Would Still Have To Stay Right ????

But I Dunno Cant Tell Whether He Really Is Prem Or Gaurav Hope Its Prem Though :)
