Me, I found the court scene really annoying and all the other confusions about Prem pretty annoying as well....

Sorry to be so late on arrival, but after finally reading thru all 5 pages of this, I have to throw in my 2 cents.

I won't say I liked or hated the epi - I'm just watching it to watch it these days it seems...as I have said, I simply don't care what the heck is going on in the story line, or about the characters - I'm watching for HC's performances, and that's that....(sad, I know.)

But, I will say I too am fed up with his cartwheeling back and forth from P to G to HC and so forth. I too think that his true talent is being wasted. I mean, WE KNOW that he can make the shift back and forth effortlessly - no need to show us that again and again to try and prove it. I feel as though HC is simply being jerked around...as are we.

I feel the same, in many ways, as Zainu di does...I know this show will never get back its lost charm, and I feel as though the creatives are now making one final, desperate effort to sail a sinking ship.

As for the episode itself, I was simply annoyed with the court scene...I think the whole sequence was a serious waste of time. And, I agree with Lana - If Heer had not come and rated Prem out, how are we to know that he would have admitted to it? - Infact, I don't think he would have at all. But then, if they are trying to show this is Prem, then why would he be okay with Kiran going to jail? Uggghhh I am sooooo tired of speculating. All I know is, the creatives better have some damn good reasoning behind all this...

Also agree with Lana in that if Heer can't recognize Prem, how are we supposed to be able to? And, I find it hard to believe that if this is infact Prem, and PREM HEER ARE ONE (b/c thats what the essence of Desh is...was all about), then why does Heer not recognize this as her Prem? I mean, yeh wahi ladki hai jo Prem ki har ahat pehchanti thi....so what's happened now? Why can't see sense his presence? And NO, I do not buy all that nonsense Jugni was talking about with the mirror b/c I am still mad at her for saying what she said when Prem died (though that was yesterday and not March 16th).

Ugh...I'm just flustered....

But ya, I agree - not that the epi was pathetic (and no, rakshu, i'm not taking that literally or seriously...hehehe), but that it was simply...'eh...barely tolerable....and ooooooh I wanted to HIT Ullu when he said he had never hit Prem before....duffer kahin ka!

Oh, and the slip and fall - don't even get me started. Not only was it bland, as Siddy said, but I feel like when HC/AG do these scenes, now-a-days, they really don't know what they should be expressing - because they don't truly know who 'the guy' is supposed to be....sooo frustrating....what was the pt. of that scene anyway?

But ya...thats my 2 cents. Sorry for the tangent....maybe most of this stuff belongs in the ED thread? Eh, well.....there ya have it.

I really am indifferent to the show now....its really very sad....

I too feel ur pain! Same here for me as well. I neither feel the episode was pathetic nor do I feel it was enchanting. I am just watching it for HC, as good or as sad as it may sound, that is the bare truth. That court scene left so many things to be desired. Because of Heer the events turned the way it did or else it would have been the Judge ruling Kiran as guilty. So what does that tell us about this guy then? They have to justify a lot of things if they reveal him as Prem soon. And the saddest part is even if they do reveal him as Prem tomorrow I for sure know that same old magic won't be back. They have killed the essence of both the characters to a great extent. If its Prem then what is the reason behind all his actions, reactions & intentions? The creatives better come up with some pretty darn good reasons to reclaim him back as THE Prem or else they will destroy the soul of the character. And knowing BT I won't be surprised if they just leave it at that without giving all details as to why & how he did what he did. And Heer without any accident or catastrophe has changed so much that sometimes its beyond recognition that its the same girl. And Raksha I heartily thank u for the 'tone down Heer' post. If it wasn't for that then we wouldn't have seen the change in her, she wouldn't have taken her histrionics some notches down & it would have been unbearable for me to carry on watching the show.

But I do feel crestfallen when I think about this indifference I have adopted for the show. Previously I used to look forward to their chemistry, their eye-locks, their unspoken words, their intense romance, their hand chemistry....everything I used to wait with baited breath & now its only for HC I watch the show with nil expectations. If they do give us something worthwhile to watch for I feel we r rewarded with some bonus & when they don't to me it has become the usual norm of the show.

Payal I still can't understand how come she doesn't feel the soul & essence of Prem in this guy yet! They could feel for each other across continents & now she can't recognise him living in the same room? How can they be termed as 2 bodies & 1 soul? Prem-Heer r 1? Isn't it a big drawback in their relationship that since he is not revealed as Prem she is also in the dark with rest of the family? Then how come she is special to him? How r we to know they r 1? Its because her mind is refusing to accept & believe what her heart is indicating, then how is it proven that if he is the heart then she is his heartbeat? How does it prove to us that if she is living then he must be living as well & yet she is not aware of all these? U see already how they have spoiled the essence of Premeer?

So in a way I am & will be disappointed as to miss the old charm, spell & magic of Premeer. But will keep watching because its the only show I watch & I love HC as an actor & he plays every aspect & shade in a character perfectly to a T. Just wish he gets better production houses, creatives & directors who will understand the depth of his ability. AG too tries to match his footsteps in every respects & her capability as an actor has also come a long way, they make a wonderful pair together & in the hope to see some of that old magic repeated I watch the show. But as u said I have grown so indifferent & that is really a tragic thing for me, wish the creatives understood this.
