DOR (PART-20)
Heer's hands clenched the front of his shirt and tears started rolling down her cheeks, her hiccups were just too much for prem to bear but at this point all he could have done was tighten his grip around her and give her the reassurance that he was always there for her.................. when her sobs subsided she moved away a bit only her face to be cupped by his hands....... he lifted her face up wiping her tears by the gentle movement of his thumps.... he wanted her to look into his eyes and she did give in to his wants only to find that they were filled with love for her..... they were filled with respect.... the warmth that they portrayed seemed unparallel... at this moment all her fears were at bay now that she knew he was there for her..... There were no words spoken their eyes were enough to do the job..... Prem drew her closer to him and with no warning he placed a kiss on her lips it was more sort of a brush.... but that one touch was enough to arouse all the desires that heer had dormant in her heart........ she closed her eyes and that was enough of a gesture for him to indulge more deeply into it his lips soft yet firm against hers..... His one hand going around her waist touching her bare skin and the other on part of her cheek and neck.... she couldn't resist it either and returned his kiss with full passion..... her one hand resting on his chest and the other playing with his hair at the back of his head.... it seemed eternity when they broke apart their heads leaning against each other... prem smiled at her which was returned by Heer lowering her eyes.....
"promise me something...." she said in a low voice
"what"
"never ever leave me Prem I don't know what i will do without you?"
"don't ever say that again i came into your life not to leave you but to be with you all throughout"
This was enough for Heer to throw herself onto him to hug him, she had no doubts in her mind that their love can go only from strength to strength from here on... the unwavering faith that Prem bestowed upon her was the most precious thing she had and she would never let it go...

'how can he do that....... how can that bas***d cum into our house and do such a thing...." Preet was pacing up and down in his room.... and stopped only to see Meher smiling at her calmly....
'tum aise samay mein muskura kaise sakti ho, she is your sister"
"i know but i have no anger left because i guess you have shown both our annoyance by turning this room into a junk yard"
Preet looked around and wad shocked to see the condition of the room.... the night lamp was lying on the floor the books were all around the place vass broken....
Preet now looked with a pathetic face towards meher "meher dekho i am really very sorry...... mera wo matlab nahi tha...'
'haan preet tumhara to kabhi ye matlab nahi hota hai na...waise main tumhari roz ki harkaton se kam pareshan thi jo tumne aaj sone pe suhaga kar diya'
'I can bear the wet towel lying around, I can square up your clothes, i can find your watch and wallet for you....... but this preet..... how am i gonna clean all this...."
'meher i m sooo sorry i will do it for you i promise..'
'no its ok i will manage... i dunt want u to destroy anymore things ok......'
'no need Preet its ok.....' she started to pick up things from the floor..... when she was swung by one hand towards Preet and she was so close that she could feel him breathing upon her....... Preet looked into her eyes and said 'when i said i will do it i will do it you don't need to worry about it' and he patted he on the cheek oblivious to turmoil that was going on inside her.. she had been feeling for quite some time now and it was becoming hard to resist the urge to tell him because she didn't know whether Ashlesha still held that special place in his heart.......... this was the only fear that was not letting her confess her feeling to her own husband..... the fear of rejection the fear that preet might break the bond of friendship that they shared and this bond was the only hope that would make him realize that how much she loved him.....
