This one is for you siddy.... Shall miss- you egging me to do my analysis..... Watching kis desh and writing the analysis wont be the same without you....Am dead tired and my eyes are shutting as i am writing this...afraid this isnt going to be one of the best pieces of work....
Kis Desh tops the charts - wow thats great news ...would have been great if the show had become number one on the basis of the plot and storyline rather than the cheap publicity stunt.... but then i guess the PS was needed to hook audience in the show ....and its the cureent pplot and storyline which will keep the audience glued....
Coming to the analysis...
Betrayal, Hurt and Denial :
- A sense of betrayal, disbelief and shock for both heer and prem when they both realize that heer has lost her memory
- loved prems sense of disbelief and denial and the way he makes up his mind to get
- loved the way heer moves her hand away as prem goes and puts his hand on her, in an attempt to make heer rememberthings. Also loved heer expressions which said dude have you gone crazy.....
Beliefs , Reliefs & Hopes.
- A ray of hope for prem as he realizes that its the tender moments he needs to capture with heer, in order to make her remember things and bring her memory back
- Lalit finally showing remorse and having guilt pangs was well a kinda a relief... i really wonder what cute moments will lalit create to bring prem and heer together. Lalut also wanting to make right his mistake, is another step in the right direction.
- lalit having flashback moments, every moment reflective of his mistake - the expression on the family members told us of grief and sorrow for heer he hasnt but how come lalit have a flashback scene of a dream sequence scene... is this bit telling us that did lalit actually want to tell prem about heer and in actuality he hasnt and now he wonders with what face to tell him
- Preet my rockstar giving faith and belief -a reassurance - chinta mat kariye bauji... hum sab hai na... sab theek ho jayega. Preet is actually a very mature character. loved the way he was tellinghis father anjane main galti galteee nahin hotee , apne man main koi boj mat rakhiye... sab theek ho jayega. loved this father and son scene.. it was appealing and tugging at your heart in its own way....and then telling his father aaye uthiye and giving his father his support .... this told us of the hidden love that a son had towards his father....
- Woah, now we know where prem got his detective skills from ... lalit knows the way to handle daljeet at her own game....Lalit telling daljeet that preet and ashlesha are getting married tomiorrow...gayatris disgusted expression and ahleshas happiness.....
- Prem lookiung after heer and nursing her is yet another step in the right direction....loved the o re piya song which was like a breath of fresh air... wish they make use of another song - waada raha pyar se pyar ka.. thats one of my favs too...
- Daljeets comedial dialogues was again a relief ...with her acting complimenting the dialogues.... its isnt over the top negatuves.... ghosh cant all episodes be a posutive filled episode like this one was!!
Destiny Dreams & Reality
- The pre cap where daljeet says is prem kahani se main prem ka naam aur nishaan hi hata doongeee.... yeh dream on daljeet.... and then she says agar main prem ka aam aur nishaan nahin mita siya to mera naam bhi daljeet nahin.... to jaanus lets think of a new name for daljeet ....😆😆
- meri aankhon ki patiyan khul gayee hai aur humhain yeh wahan se shuru karna padega, jahan se yeh sab shuru hua tha... is kahani ko shuru se shuru karenge ... shuru karenge ... a new dawn , a new tomorrow.... a new beginning...reality of life - yeah baby!!😃
- The mandarin is back and so are the old scenes between gayatri and prem. Sometimes it seens thar gayatri and prem have a pichle janam ka saath.. loved the way she was explaining to prem that life never stops abd moves on as they are is happiness in every sadness and sadness in every happiness...and telling him to cry... nayee yaadein banata hai....prem understanding what gayatri is telling him ... and then gayatri telling him to cry his heart and let go of old memories and make new ones, maatam bana purane yaadon ki maat ka , jo tujhe aahe badne nahin de rahe hain, natee sile se nayee zindagi nayee yaadon ke saath jee le beta.... and she hold him and prem keeps on looking at her - TReality being her that its Gayatri who is prems biggest sahara and himmat.... its gayatri whi is his strength, its gayatri who is the binding force keepinmg the family together....
Reality being that come what may even forces of nature cant keep these two apart who are destined to be together.... even death had to face defeat while facing their love......
- Prem telling heer main jaanta hoon ki tum nahin pehchaantee mujhe , dukh hai is baat ka par kushee hai ki tum zinda ho, he holds her hand, softly putting it against his face as a reassurance that she is there.... prem is madly in love with heer... tumhe pata hai heer, ki jab tum pata chala tum nahin rahee, to mere andar kuch mar sa gaya tha, lekin dhadkan dhadak rahee thi, main samajh gaya tha ki tum kahin ahin gayee thee, samajh gya ki agar meera dil dhadak raha hai, to tumhara dil bhi dhadak raha hoga kahin na kahin.... this told us of the reality that prem abd heer are two souls in one body.... they are are linked to each through hearts, minds and souls...
- yaad hain humaree woh pehlii mulakat, dard bharee tumharee woh aankhein , hum dono ka kareeb aana, ek doosre ke dard main gul jaana, mujhe yaad hai, humara woh har lamha , and then he smiles,... apno se ladna, ek chota sa ghar banana and phir us ghar main bas jaana .... prems smiling as he remembers all this...mujhe sab yaad hai heer.... to kya hua agar tum mujhe ajneebee nazron se dekh rahee ho, main jaanta hoon mujhe mujhe zyada tum jaanti ho..... is reflective of the reality of the situation , a feeling of denial, a state of wanting a re assurance and this love is for keeps
- mera dil kehta hai ki rishte woh ghaarein hote hai jisne do log ek saath rehne ke liye , nayee yaadein bana letein hain, aaj se main bhi nayee yaadein banayoonga apne rishte ki......aaj se har din ek nayee yaad banayoonga.....reality being - WHAT A TWIST!! WHAT A BRAIN WAVE!! SIMPLY LOVE IT....
- shuru se shuru karengee humaree zindagi,,, jahan hai waheen se.... prem tells heer, and lalit says we we will run this story from the beginning.... reality being that there is no end, every end has a new beginning, every sadness gives rise to a new ray of hope... thats what is life.... picking pieces of the threads of your life and weaving it t give it a new shape....
- love the way the story is starting from the begining , how new moments are going to be created, then it was prem getting engaged t ashlesha, here it is preet getting married ashlesha, creating similiar moments, in order to get heers memory back and teach daljeet a lesson too may be,... may be rachoing a jaal to catch daljeet in her own web of lies....
- loved the way prem was caressing and looking after heer., rubbing her feet in order to make her feel warm.... .. bhayee ab heer ke liye chai bhi bana do, khana bhi bana do...khana bhi khila do.... me want to see chef prem in action...😆😆, I dont want this to be just a dream!!!
- reality being that its only prem who is actually there for heer whenever she has needed him the most....
Mysterious disaapearances, Mysterious Acts
- Why is daljeet so dead against heer and prem is something that is beyond me.... I mean she hasnt even gone and seen her niece once ..... eeeks
- Where is Meher ????????????????????????????????????? Ithought Heer and Meher were each other sahara's , so where is meher at the time when her sister prbably needs her the most
- Nihaals & RR track seems to be put on the backburner or a while. Hope they dont forget these two characters and their roles...

P.S : I also dedicate this analysis to Gary Bhinder, a director par excellence and to Ishmeet Singh, a talented voice whom we just lost.... May their souls rest in peace,... I just realized that I actually havent observed a two minutes silence for them......
So, I request all of you to to observe a two minutes silence from our time for Mr Bhinder, Ishmeet and the bomb blast victims.... Life is short darling so lets just ,make a pledge to make a happy tomorrow
