no it was Kabir, as there were a written letter in <Afreens room from Kabir that he don't waant his mom to be in jail

yaa ....but tht was written by kabir's soul ...i guess u didnt hear prperly .....in the letter it was written tht even after his death he luvs his family and his mom teh most and she has to take care of tehm now (umthing like tht) and in teh end aafreen also says tht .....she has to fulfil kabir's last wish if she wants kabir's soul to rest in peace!!
