@Anu : I totally agree about the quality of daily soaps today .. Production values costumes and technically they hv improved a lot but yes writing has definitely taken a beating with this trp pressure .. most shows start well and then after 50 epis or so falls to those trp gimmicks and ruin it .. I hope this trps stuff gets replaced by something better which can give more creative freedom to our writers like there used to b during buniyaad and humlog days ...

The Buniyaad and Hum Log days are a distant dream now...when life in general has become so materialistic, how can we expect substance in shows? It will take a lot of courage and conviction to be able to make something of substance in today's times when only TRPs talk.
