How to clean used oil?

pls some one can help me how to clean used(fried) oil.

You seive the oil through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Pour it into a clean container and let it sit for a day or so. You will see that the seive will catch most of the burnt bits and as the oil sits for a day any other debris will settle to the bottom and the top oil will be clean as new.

You can then reuse the top oil for cooking, frying etc and discard the lower debris.

i heard reheating cooked dishes again and again is not good for health becoz reheating again and again makes the oil more strong to break ....
so it is not good for people who wants to shed some weight. may be people who are not overweight can use reheated oil.
