EASY CHOCOLATE SAUCE | |
1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk 3/4 c. chocolate flavored syrup
Combine milk and syrup in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Cook, stirring frequently until thick, about 10-15 minutes. Serve warm. Sauce thickens as it cools but may be reheated over hot water to desired consistency. |

In a small saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate chips and whipping cream, stirring constantly. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Serve over dessert or ice cream.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
