Kesar comes to court under the disguise of a burkha. Aadil asks Harman about the transplant. Harman tells the court that it was with Abhi's consent that the operation was done. Aadil asks the court and the judge what was Harman's point of trying to frame Rudra Mallya if he had taken Abhi's heart wothout the consent of Abhi and that he had no reason to frame Rudra.
At that moment, Kesar gets up and tells to the court that Harman did have a reason to frame Rudra as Harman was in love with her. And that he wanted Kesar and Rudra to be separated. Aadil tells the court that Kesar was trying to cover for her husband but Tamanna says that no married woman who is about to give birth would lie and asks Harman whether he loved her or not. Kesar tells Harman to tell everybody the truth an he should swear by Abhi's child.
Harman looks at Kesar as she is in pain and Harman agrees to whatever Kesar said and that he killed Abhi to save himself and then tried to frame Rudra. All are shocked. Judges decide on the judgement that Rudra is innocent and gives Harman life imprisonment. Amma is in shock with Harman's confession and tells him that he can no longer call her ma as he killed her son.
