Lovely topic Tina. It may be a sad one, but definitely very useful. Losing a loved one is the most painful emotion one has to go through and I remember when I experienced it, I immediately had to grow up and got inspiration to achieve in life as soon as possible. But while trying to keep myself busy and sculpt my future, I didn't actually let my grief out properly and one day it just hit me and that wasn't nice at all. From experience I can say that you need proper closure and for that, you have to face it, let it all out.
Thank you for making this post hun. Hope you are doing alright. Much love

thnks bhabhi 4 appreciating...bt the one for whom i made the post is still nt very vocal abt it nd he refused my pleading request too...😭
bt i hope nd m sure he ll open up soon..nw lets see when...

Yes one can forget pain with time, but the memories, often bring tears to eyes, irrespective of time...
Keeping urself busy in work is one way of trying to forget pain, but u cant wipe off pain totally..
Loss of loved one will always remain a loss.. An Irreplaceable loss...
😔

i agree with u that the pain never goes away or fades completely bt one has to be expressive,at least 2 those who care about u..keeping urself busy isnt the solution..u ve 2 face it nw or then..bt if u dealy the grief response nd keep it 2 urself u cn psychologically disturbed..

Losing a love one... hmmm.. hmmm. it all depends on when you lose them, who you lose and how you lose. Yes, any loss can get really traumatic. Based on the three questions, i can tell you, losing someone to death is understandably traumatic. Time heals this loss as it is natural. Losing someone for other reasons can be depressing, such as jilted love. TIme stands still.. This kind of loss seems unnatural and seeks justice!

From my years, i can share one thing with you - if you love someone, no matter who or what, the more attached you are, the more deeper the loss or the hurt. The more you release, the lesser the pain and the hurt. This is one test of true love. It does not get attached to anyone or anything...The deeper the love the more loose will we clutch on to it. Here is irony.. if we clutch on to things or people we lose them.. if we let loose, they hold on to us... ironically funny, but very true.

Here is what i do... when i lose something, i just fast forward myself to the end of (my) time.. and then all of a sudden, all my feelings, emotions, loss, just vanish and i am filled with a sense of understanding that "this too shall come to pass" and i am at peace.

obvio u cn get bck ur loved one that u lost bt still thr r other ppl too whom u love nd who love u a lot..
so max after 2 days, one shud cry out loud nd lots while keeping ur head on a loved ones shoulder nd then move on...this way it ll nt affect u psychologically...
r u getting my point bro??

Beautifully written😊 and I got your point behna, don't worry tera bhai teekh hain yaar, itna stress kyun le rahe ho tum?

u knw what prabhat?this tip of urs worked for me a lot..
u ve been very kind nd supportive 2wards me in sucha difficult time wen i felt i ve lost it totally nd i ws on the verge of breaking dwn completely..
though the pain hasnt finished altogether bt it lessened in intensity cx of ur tips..
had u nt guided me nd told me,i d still hv been clung 2 smthng that never ws mine..
sometimes we see things that we dont seem 2 understand bt wen sm1 wiser than us points us 2wards them,we start 2 see them in that context nd everythng appears crystal clear 2 us then..thnks a lot 4 being there...😊

bt here the topic ws losing a loved one as in he died, made it 4 a frnd..obvio his loss is much more than mine nd m just trying that he expresses his grief nd recovers at least 2 smwhat as 2 nt go into depression or anythng..bt thnks 4 ur reply...😊
