Tina dnt knw wt hapnd wth u..bt losing loved one is really very painful nd we cant explain the lose in wrds..i personally had an experiance wth tht..i lost my father 7years ago..i love him very much..im the only person wth him wen he was leaving his last breath..he doesnt hav any helth issues..bt heartattck first nd last stroke he infront my eyes wthin fraction of seconds he died no family member was there at tht time it was verypainful to digest to me..till date is my only strength..im moving forward in life wth his memories..so watever hpnd in our life we jst hav to move on..

bt here the topic ws losing a loved one as in he died,made it 4 a frnd..obvio his loss is much more than mine nd m just trying that he expresses his grief nd recovers at least 2 smwhat as 2 nt go into depression or anythng..bt thnks 4 ur reply...😊

i understand that it was written for someone else. The advise remains the same.. trauma is not supposed to be dealt with. It has to be endured.. it is like pressure ... i am sure you are aware of the oyster and the pearl story... Pressure is meant for good for mankind to make us all precious jewels... what is mankind without pressure?
