I think he may have come to know something at Pradeep's place.

Maybe he even found out that his family owns Prithvi Enterprises?

Yeah... quite possible that would be the case. He must have found out that he is fighting against his own family for Saanchi's property. But I do hope whatever it is, it does not spoil their New Year's celebrations.
